Not sure. He can either be a transgender or gay though, as they're different things. I thought he's probably intersex (For example, a person might be born appearing to be female on the outside, but having mostly male-typical anatomy on the inside). That's because he's been treated like the way he is being since he was little, so It'll make more sense. Or he's gay, because he showed preference over girly things? Any which way I liked them showing how "Heejda" or LGBT community gets treated by some people. It's ridiculous, and disgusting. I feel bad for Narrottam!
However he is now, the way they're treating him will turn him into the dancer that they were forcing him to be and probably a villain. He already doesn't like being in the position that he's in. He'll end up taking revenge from the looks of it. Or he might come out stronger after Anami comes in the house and tell everyone to treat Narottam properly (I hope she does something about the behavior towards him!)
They're being bold and it's pretty impressive. Feels like I am watching GoT. Everyone fighting, killing, and dying for the throne 😆
