They're not flawless, but they're the best out there. They're huge proponents of commercial content and seem to have a strong dislike of new age directors. They've had a few head scratching verdicts IE Tubelight recently, but for the most part I find them unbiased.
I find Koimoi, Indicine pretty trashy. I can get behind Tubelight being below average, but Nahta's obssession with Hrithik is too much. Kaabil superhit, Krishh 3 at 270 Cr is ridicilous. At the end of the day, people will believe whatever is convenient for them and their favorites. Since BOI hardly caters to a fanbase, except maybe Salman's, they'll be hated by many.
Of course Salman fans would find it reliable, because BOI is biased about Salman (and a few more stars), and also strongly biased against a certain few.
But really? What about them constantly changing numbers and verdicts years after a movie released?
