I can't tell you how I'm feeling after reading this..Omkara's way of punishing himself is destroying..he didn't show any emotion for a long one year..but his inner soul was remorsed by the fact that his actions led her to leave him...the pain behind his transformation was even unnoticed by his dear ones...he deserve punishment for making things like that..but the way of punishing was too horrible...shukr Allah that his brothers always supported him..

Gauri was aware of his destructive way of punishing himself..glad that she came to him for the rescue of a life that made him soulless..glad that she gave the old Omkara back to their brothers...so they decided to bring her back to his brothers life...are you planning for it's sequel..?? I'd love to read if it happens...

Genie, lovely just lovely! I read Kitni Baatein and Unbroken in one go as companion pieces and they flow together beautifully. After the shoddy treatment of the Rikara MU on the show your companion pieces are balm to the wound of a disappointed Rikara fan. I loved that you left the possibility open for ShivRu to reel Gauri back in - after all tomorrow is another day 😉

Hey Genie, this was just so beautiful.. the sadistic in me is rejoicing after reading this os. Om deserves every inch of guilt.. but still poor omkie.. but I really like your take on the way he shows his remorse totally altering himself.. forgetting his own essence.. this is just so beautiful.. it has remorse,anguish and the so called tadap ... He has become someone whom he loathed ,and his only anchor is Ri. Inspite of the fact that he has his ever supporting brothers. And Ri inspite of everything he has done to her just can't move on she craves for him she feels his anguish,she understands him and she couldn't ignore the man who is supposed to be her everything and she decides to let him free. and she goes to see hin and shivru's confusion is beautifully penned down. She has changed but her heart's the same , it's still his .. and there she leaves teaching him to forgive himself.. too let go what ain't worth holding back. And her sad affectionate smiles just indicated her pain and joy at the same time .. pain that Omkara and Gauri couldn't materialize to become Rikara.. joy that she had him for a while .. he was hers just for a moment.. and the old Omkara begins to resurface.. that's what I like about Rikara they are mature, deep and soul stiring.. and finally shivru's are on mission Rikara.. this is my second favourite after pyrrhic victory.. this just brought tears to my eyes.. your just a fabulous writer.. you and few more writers make Rikara come alive kudos!! To you.. and sorry for blabbering and the late cmnt
