I am truly glad she left. It's of no use to spend life with a man who doesn't even try to get to know her. Really a pity for him. Because now he will realize what a gem she was. It's really true, you don't realize one's value until you lose it.

Omkara confused in between heart and mind... his mind still stucked into bareilly wala incindent but his heart has feeling for her.. come on kara grow up...ek baar gauri se to pucho actually or exactly huaa kya tha?..but anyways i am glad she left...title of this os remind me the song kitni baatein yaad aati hain..lovely title..kitni baatein hain jo rikara ko abhi karni for understanding

I loved this one shot (though I hope it becomes more lol - hint nudge wink). Your writing added so much more poignancy than the scenes yesterday because we didn't get an idea of what each was thinking. I was very disappointed they didn's show Gauri's reaction (alone) to Om's accusations and her leaving.

I don't know how many times all us Rikara fans thought "How much more will Gauri put up with". And now we know - thus far and no further! Beautiful line and feeling. I do agree wholeheartedly with your Gauri - when someone doesn't want to understand, no amount of explanation, justification or pleading does any good. I'm happy she left with what is remaining of her self-respect.

Om's character has been illogical since the merge (CVs lost and bewildered as we are I guess) - no fury over the fake pregnancy drama, being nice to Gauri despite thinking of her as a ghatiya aurat, forgetting he is not as white as milk either (lets all remember hiding Prinku's accident and the death of Ranveers sister). This separation track is probably the re-boot of the Rikara story?

Maybe, just maybe..., you will write more on this story:)...?
