Zoya smiled at Maria thanks Zack' ok, I will leave you two girls to it' as soon as Zoya saw Zack shut the door she turned around and hugged her as hard as she could Humera, how did you get in here' Humera pulled back and wiped her tears you don't worry about that, I just had to see you make sure you are ok, you know how crazy your brother has been going, look I haven't got much time I brought you some clothes and accessories, there is a small camera embedded in the broach so please make sure you are wearing it. Humera what about the plan that Imran was talking about and the pictures' Zoya the girls in the pictures you took, they are girls that have been missing from home, a lot of them have been kidnapped and others that have been lured, the police have been running a missing persons list and trying to identify each and every girl captured Zoya cringed I can't believe him, he is going to exploit those innocent young girls ,how could he...he is a bigger monster than he looks...'. As Humera left Najma and Zack came in and the second they did they stood frozen Masha'Allah' was all that Najma could come out with and Zack was too stunned to say anything, he just kept gawping at her not believing this was the same Zoya. Zoya walked up to Zack, she placed he finger under his chin and closed his mouth you look like a baby waiting for someone to stuff a pacifier in your gob' Najma started laughing.

Zoya, you look amazing...seriously' Zoya smiled at him thank you Zack' I take it you are ready...let me just go and get Bhai'.

Najma and Zoya walked into the main hall where they waited for Asad to come down. Asad was fiddling with his cufflink as he walked down the steps come on you stupid thing' he mumbled in frustration, as he fiddled with it some more it fell out of his and and rolled along the floor. Keeping his eye on it he was about to take a step forward when he stopped. He saw Zoya bend down and pick it up.

Zoya stood up and pushed her hair back and at the same time Asad felt his heart skip several beats together before it almost came to a halt.

Asad was left spell bound by what he saw, Zoya looked at him giving him a faint smile wow I must really look like something for him to be starring like that' she said to herself. Zoya started to take measured steps towards him; she made sure she didn't lose eye contact.

Asad tried to look away but his gaze held their own, even when she started to walk towards him he couldn't bring himself to look away, he had never seen anyone look so breathtakingly beautiful, there was something about her, her face, her eyes as hypnotising as they were there also seemed like there was a lot of mystery behind them. Before he knew it Zoya stood just inches away from him, if her ethereal beauty wasn't enough to paralyse him her heavenly smell started to overtake him too.

Zoya held the cufflink up to him quite fiddly aren't they?' Asad looked down at the cufflink she held in between her fingertips and then back up at her let me help' Zoya held her breath as she reached out for his hand, she lifted it up slowly and then keeping her eyes locked with his she linked the cufflink. Asad, who never let anyone close enough to touch him stood motionless as she not only took his hand into his but also put his cufflink on.

Zoya enjoyed the effect she was having on him, as this is exactly what she needed, for him to be mesmerised, to fall for her to trust her so much that she could finally bring him out into the open and have him punished for his hideous crimes.

Giving him a purposeful smile Zoya started to retreat her step Bhaijaan...you can at least say thank you' Najma said, Asad jumped out of his reverie and looked at her huh...umm yeah...thank you' he mumbled.

Bhai, I have your car ready, come lets go' Zack shouted, Asad looked at Zoya shall we?' Zoya nodded and followed him out the car.

Zoya sat next to him in the back; purposely keeping her eyes on the streets she enjoyed him sneaking glances at her.

It didn't take long for them to get there, as his driver parked the car in front of the hotel they saw a whole heard of paparazzi and media personnel surround them. The driver came out and opened the door to him; Asad stepped outside and held his hand up to the media, his way of being polite and saying hello.

He walked around to the other side and waited for the driver to open the door to Zoya, as he did Asad held out his hand in front of her. Zoya looked up at him and then back at his hand; she slipped hers in to his without a second thought. As she stepped outside she expected him to let go but he held on to it that much tighter, and before she knew it he had his hand entwined with hers. Zoya started to feel as if her body was breaking out in little goose bumps, his soft hands that held hers so securely made her stomach flutter all over.

Asad led her in through the reception area and then into the main hall, which was filled with men dressed like a million dollars and women who out did one another on a different level altogether.

Asad and Zoya made a lot of heads turn as they walked further in, behind them were Zack and Sahil, who came as his bodyguards. No one had ever seen Asad with any girl so to see him hand in hand with the most beautiful girl the hall was going to witness was most certainly an eye opener.

Zoya scanned the hall to see if she could locate any of her team members that were undercover. Zoya, our table is over there in the far right corner, you can go and sit. I will be back soon' Zoya smiled politely ok' was all she said before she made her way to the table.

On route she was stopped by a waiter who offered her a drink, Zoya was just about to decline when she saw who it was Jai...' Hey Zoya...how are you?' I am good' she said taking a glass of juice is everything ready?' Yes...Haider will be here too, he wants to see you before any plan is put into action' ok, tell him I will meet him by the toilets in ten minutes'.

Zoya sat down, she could hardly wait she hadn't seen her brother for so long. Sahil and Asad came towards the table and took their seat where is Zack?' she asked he will be back soon' Sahil said.

Mr Khan, could you excuse me for a few minutes, I need to visit the ladies' Asad nodded and then looked to Sahil. As Zoya stood up so did he I will come with you' to the ladies...the last time I checked I swear you were a guy' Sahil started to chuckle it's just a security measure Zoya...come' well then what about Mr Khan, I think it would be safer for you to stay with him here, look the ladies are just across the hall I won't be long'.

Zoya walked towards the toilets but she knew that Asad and Sahil would have their eyes glued to her; she was hoping that they didn't see Haider anywhere near her.

As Zoya opened the door Zoya felt herself being pulled into the small utility room. Zoya let out a gasp before she started punching his arm you scared me' Haider couldn't stop laughing I'm sorry...how is my sister?' Zoya crashed into his hold and held on to him for as long as she could I miss you so much...I can't wait for this to be all over' Haider cupped her face and kissed the top of her head after today Asad will have you closer to him than ever before and I know you will be able to do this...just a little longer Zoya' I know...it's just he is so secretive, a serious akdu'.

Did Humera go through that plan with you?' yes she did, I know what I have to do' I will be taking the shot Zoya, I don't trust anyone else' and I trust no one more than you...it will work'. Zoya hugged him one more time before she left and re-joined Asad.

From time to time Asad and Zack's eyes would travel to a table across the hall. When Zoya followed the gaze she saw a table full of men, as she looked closer she recognised one of them as Farhan Shah, Sikander's right hand man and most trusted gang member. Throughout the whole event she could see tension rise as they all kept sharing dagger filled gazes Bhai, I think it would be safer to leave' Zack whispered No way in hell, Asad Ahmed Khan never backs down or walks away, they would be highly stupid to do anything here'

Zoya looked around to see if she could see Jai, she needed to let him know that there could be trouble waiting ahead as Sikander's men were here too but there was no sign of him.

Outside Haider and Jai had set themselves up, the minute Zoya was going to walk out with him, he was going to take his shot this had better work...I can't believe I am taking such a risk and that too with my own sister' Haider, it's not a real bullet and you are aiming to graze her skin not shoot her, there is no one more trained to do this'.

After the function came to an end Asad stood up and without any forewarning grabbed Zoya's hand and started to walk back outside. At the same time Farhan and his men stood up and started to follow Zack run ahead and get the car ready, if worst comes to the worst get Sahil to take Zoya home. Zoya pulled on his hand Mr Khan...what's going on?' Asad stopped and turned around when you live a life such as mine you make as many enemy's as you do friends...I need to get you home, I need you safe...you can ask as many questions as you want later'.

Due to the rush of cars and people outside Asad car was parked at the back, he held on to her hand that much tighter and picked up his pace. Zoya looked around to see Haider and when she did she closed her eyes and nodded letting him know it was ok.

Haider positioned himself and aimed at Zoya's arm Ya Allah...don't let me fail' he whispered. As he was about to pull the trigger a car came swerving from the side blocking his view. What the hell' he shouted out in anger.

Zack and Sahil ran towards Asad and Zoya as they saw Farhan jump out with a gun. Zoya looked at him wide eyed, not thinking about what she was doing or the consequences she pulled Asad screaming his name out and jumped on front of him. Asad who fell back with the force she used wasn't able to react fast enough and before anyone knew it a shot was fired.

Haider Jumped forward with Jai pulling him back Nooo...Haider...Haider no' he said as he used every bit of strength he had to stop him. Sahil and Zack halted their tracks and Asad stood there frozen. Right in front of their eyes Zoya started to fall having been shot in the upper right shoulder.

As Farhan and his gang made a getaway Asad ran towards Zoya and managed to hold her before he hit the floor. Zoyaaa...Zack' Asad screamed out. But this time the whole vicinity had broken out into a panic. Asad picked Zoya up and sat in the car Zack and Sahil jumped in the front and drove towards the hospital like never before. Asad rested her head on his lap Zoya...look at me...Zoya' Asad continued to tap her cheek as he tried to get her to talk to him, he placed his hand over her wound and applied pressure to try and contain the bleeding Zack...hurry up' he said Zack stepped on the accelerated breaking through every traffic law known to man.
