I don't know... i m still in shock... individual performance, and scene in some part were good but i m still in shock...i booked the ticket for my friends and i know they wont pay me back even though they all got free frozen yogurt after the movie 😭😆

This is why you shouldn't listen to fans ke bakwas on social media and actually read some relatively reliable reviews. I love Aamir but I didn't waste my money on faltu Dhoom 3 because it got terrible reviews from critical sources and friends. Make your stars accountable. This lack of accountability is why these people get away without actually putting in effort or creativity.

I wasnt excited when I saw JHMS trailer but the movie slowly grew up on me after hawayein song and I was ready to give this movie fair chance. Normally I watch movie on Sunday but I preponed the plans to tonight show, by afternoon it was changed to saturday again, and at 8.00 I made up my mind to watch this movie and literally forced all my friends to watch 9.30 pm show.

First reaction, normally there is line to watch SRK movie but this time I didnt see any craze. We got seats easily hall was packed 97%.

Movie started: I could sense a DDLJ scene, where SRK leaves train, and here Anu leaves her plane for the ring... slowly...movie turns into Jab we met, to ADHM.

Performance:

SRK is good as usual, and perform above expectation. Some scene he overreact especially the punjabi dialogues.

Anu is good, bubbly and sometime her gujju accent is funny and at times its irritate with over acting, last scene she forgets acting.

Chemistry between the two is good.

What works:

Good scenic location but you can watch the same on some travel channel.

What doesnt work:

Movie.

Story

Overacting

2nd half

bit slow

bit confusing at time.

mindless 1 liner.

kiss

This was my last movie of Imtiaz not trusting him anymore.

Overall:

Suggestion:

Actors should focus on story and rather then director.

I have been torturing my friends for showing me dhoom 3 and now its their turn...

I read social media/critics but the decision to watch movie was my own won't blame anyone... being srk/anu fan i wanted to see their movie.. i missed out raes...and adhm for some reason but this time i didnt wanted to miss their movie. we were 5, 1 loved the movie. so it depends on invidiual choice... i had high expectation but it turned out to neither funny or romantic, may be if i had set lower expectation, i would have liked it better

why u guys are creating separate threads for JHMS?? I mean review bash Jo bhi karna hai stick to one thread na? pura forum JHMS related threads se bhar gaya hai. boring!

and about the film I knew that it would happen. matlab trailer dekh k hi samajh gayi thi story toh bilkul same hai like Imtiaz's other films. toh ek hi story dekhne k liye tum log kyon gaye the yaar? ab toh lag raha hai main bohat smart hu. matlab bohat hi jyada! 😆
