Rishi Kapoor became violent in 1997?

I actually remember this from 1997/98, it was in the news. That the worse time of Rishi's career, a true middle age crisis and he was taking it out on his family, even Ranbir talked about this time period in one of the interviews.

Also remember that Simi Garewal interview Rishi did in 1997, from the rendezvous show she use to do back then, clearly he was big time drunk in it!

Yes, Neetu and Rishi were separated for awhile , maybe even few years

Poor Neetu, If only Twitter existed in those times this whole situation could've been avoided.

Rishi does have a violent temper
It still can be seen on Twitter at times
We can only guess what she must have faced

Looked like it was heading Randhir-Babita way but later they reconciled and got back together

The surprising thing is I couldn't find anything about it online now... It's like it never happened :)
