Hi friends, I just started binge watching naamkaran episodes after the leap. I am also watching the current episodes on TV. What interested me the most are the characterization of the leads and the actor who plays Neil, Zain. I have a question. I kind of know the backstory of Ashish and Asha. But who exactly are Fatima and Ali? Are they related to Asha & Avni? Or just friends who helped them?

Fatima is the grandmother of Avni actually the mother of Asha and Ali is the childhood friend of Avni who helped Avni a lot i think he was an orphan so when Avni left he started to live with Nanno.
