lol, is this another of your tactic to play with gals?😆 Teedha ghee, u are. I have good skin often as I am told. It takes 4 liters of water+ Aleo in the night, washing face + Hydrolyzer which is once a week. You pee all the time , but worth it.

and, of course eating healthy and loads of health shits, i drink beet juice nowdAYS,YUCK .. These healthy shit juice wonder to your skin even though they are yucky.🤢Please, exercise too.

I also wear makeup every twice a week maybe twice every 2 weeks. Most of all sunscreen is important.

Which doc told u this😲 here doc recommend oiling n hair packs . anyways one more thing u check too. If u dandruff is severe go for food allergy test. The test will tell u that in ur diet what causing u dryness n dandruff. Coz dandruff or other skin or hair issue r symptoms of food allergy too ,ofc along with bloating n stomach problems.

TBS got really vast n good range.go there n ask sales person. They will tell u acc to ur problem.

Ok don't use herbal essence.

For anti dandruff TBS got ginger shampoo it's really good u can use shampoo along with there banana conditioner

Try unrefined virgin coconut oil the night before you wash your hair.

Also try Loreal's Sulfate Free shampoo range, especially the 'Nourish and Tame' . Its for dry and frizzy hair.

I use these two products and my hair turn out to be very moisturised and smooth.

I think celebrities have access to better skin treatments than we do, and can get laser surgery for acne, top quality medication, facials, ect.I don't think expensive makeup is the key, but the quality and access to better skin treatments that can get better, faster results is probably why they look so flawless.

I have oily skin too and I have just gotten it to look better now. I only wash 2 times a day using a cleanser and an astrigent and that seems to help. I wish I wasn't so broke and had access to better things though.
