<font size="3">can someone tell me what they showed in the flashback in dil se? when meghna narrates a story of her bad childhood, what have they shown in india's historical context? did the army people kill and rape certain communities? I am very confused!</font>

can u please explain more? it is just my knowledge of indian history is really poor! I was just appalled at what they have shown in movies like dil se and dhoka

Indian army's killed their parents. Her elder sister was raped and killed in front of her.

I am also not too knowledgeable in this, but I think just like Kashmir even the eastern states like Tripura, Mijoram (all the seven states in the east) are not happy being with India as they feel they are being grossly ignored by the center...I think Dil Se is one such movie which kind of tried to throw some light on it while most of the movies are dedicated to Kashmir issues...Ironic as it is, even their separatist movement isn't as recognized as the issues of the other parts of the country!

Naxal propaganda- naxal women are trained to shove sticks and stones in their vagina and then cry rape by armed forces.

But on another note, do you know the big money involved in fanning the naxal problem? Do you think it's by coincidence that the naxal problem exists only in India's rare earths rich areas. Do you know that mercenaries dressed up in army camouflage clothes to commit rape and atrocities on local populations and implicate the Indian army?

Do you know realise that Purulia arms drop was only one of many?

I suggest only Indians talk about Indian issues. 7 states are not happy being with India? Says who? Irom Sharmila tried so hard to repeal AFSPA from Manipur and stood for election. How many voted she got? 89...People of Manipur rejected her completely.
