Siddharth Roy Kapoor and His Brothers

Why Siddharth Roy Kapoor has not helped His brothers Aditya Roy Kapoor and Kunaal Roy Kapoor about their career?

I have really no idea about Aditya Roy Kapoor's acting ability. I saw him in YJHD and he was decent. Sidharth Malhotra is getting movies so why not him?
His movies are failing that's the reality but why isn't he popular like other starkids? Even after Aashiqui? He is also immensely good-looking and handsome.

As a renowned film producer SRK could easily influence and give his brothers well established careers and place in bollywood.

Why didn't he?

Aditya seems too lazy to have any ambition
He lacks the zeal and energy to do well
If films are hit he is OK with it
And if they flop then too he is OK with it
The result of the film does not make much difference to him
So when he himself is not interested
How will his brother help him ?
As for Kunal not sure

Aditya is too laid-back and mild.. It feels like he is just drifting through life, enjoying his life, accepting movies that come his way, maybe he has other hobbies or interests??
