Raman was waiting anxiously for shreya, that she come and calls him for dinner as he knows well ishita was making chicken for him, for the first time. And he is not able to wait to taste it.
He was trying hard to concentrate on his work but nothing was working. All he can think about Ishita's words to shreya and then making food for him like a loving, caring and dedicated wife. And couldn't supress his happiness and excitement for the same.
After a long wait, shreya finally come to call him. He pretended to be busy and said that he is coming. Shreya nodded and went out while he got off the bed and went to wash his hands and soon he was on dining table waiting for the food. Soon shreya come and served him chicken butter masala, his favourite. Raman take it's aroma and closed his eyes.
Raman -umm, it smells yummy. Kuch naya kiya hai kya.
Ishita and shreya smiled hearing this while shreya said-nahi toh, wahi regular. U taste and tell me how's it and then I will tell u a secret.
Raman nodded and start eating smiling as he already knew the secret. He knows well that the chicken must be not good as its Ishita's first attempt and he has decided to praise her for her efforts.
Thinking so he had a bite but to his surprise the chicken was too good. He had few more bites and start eating happily completely forgetting to praise ishita.
Ishita-kaisa bana hai. She asked meekly getting no response from him.
Raman looked at ishita, who was looking at him for a reaction and realised that he should praise her, realising his mistake he said-oh sorry I forgot to tell,its really good, kuch alag hi lag raha hai aaj. Bahut hi achcha, he said and start eating while ishita smiled fully hearing his praise.
Shreya-dont u wanna know the surprise.
Raman stopped eating hearing this and asked-haan bolo, what's the surprise.
Shreya-so the surprise is, this chicken is made by none other then ishita, tadaa. She said happily making Ishra smile .
Raman -ek baat bataun, I already it. Maine tum dono ki balayein suni thi, and I was waiting for u to call me. Waise Maine socha tha, ki ishita utna achcha nahi bana payegi, as it's her first attempt but to my surprise and was thinking to praise her anyway just for her effort , but she made very yummy chicken. And saved me from lying. It's very yummy. He said making both the ladies shocked.
Ishita-kya aapko pata tha.
Raman nodded happily continued eating while ishita and shreya just smiled. Soon all have their food and went to their respective bedrooms saying good night while shreya went to her servant quarter. Raman so wanted to stop ishita and ask him whether they can share a room but don't have courage to voice his feelings, so he just let her go and went to his room.
Raman was sitting in the bed with his laptop and was working while his eyes was on the clock, when the clock showed 11.30,he got up thinking ishita must be slept.
He went to her room like always to wish her good night. Ishita was in deep sleep while Raman sat beside her like he does everyday, but today he was more concerned for her as she was much disturbed today. he was worried seeing her scared so much. He softly touched her face and caressed it softly.
He was caressing her hand lovingly when his eyes fall on the bruises she got on legs because of pulling out of the lift. He get up and bring an ointment and start applying it slowly on her bruises.
Raman -sorry jaan, I couldn't protect u from that bloody shagun. But trust me now I will not let anything happen to u. Coz I love u alot, kitna chahta hoon main, ki har waqt tumhe apne paas rakhun, apni nazaron ke saamne, but I can't let u feel suffocating .sirf issliye I am not forcing u for anything. But trust me jaan, now it's getting difficult. I can't wait to have u in my life, my room and in my arms. U know ishita, that day when doctor told us to plan a baby, I started dreaming of our small family. I know it's too early to think all this, as we don't share any relationship but kya karun mann maanta hi nahi. Everyone time see any pregnant lady all I can think is u, carrying our baby. U know main hamesha se akela tha.i am a self made man, kabhi kisi se kuch nahi chaha, par tumse, tumse I want ishita, yes ishita, I want ur love, ur care, ur support. Mujhse phir dur naa chali jao. Issliye rok leta hoon khud ko, but trust me, ab nahi roka jaata, lagta hai bas le loon tumhe apni baahon mein. Kabhi kabhi toh yeh soch kar darr jaata hoon ki Kahin hum zindagi bhar aise hi reh gaye toh,agar tumhe mujhse kabhi pyaar nahi hua toh, agar main hamesha sirf tumhara pati raha, lover nahi toh. What if our relationship will be stagnant like this forever. Bahut darta hoon main tumhe khone se, toh shayad main kabhi bhi first step naa le paaun, so I want u to take the first step, ab mere paas aa jao ishita. Aur wait nahi hota, Please ishita jaldi aa jao mere kareeb. Saying so he pecked her forehead and went out silently not to disturb her, but she open her eyes the moment he went out.
She turned and saw him going out of her room. He turned again to see her for a last time and she closed her eyes again. He smiled and went back to his room. While ishita got up and sat on her bed, her eyes were moist with his heart touching confession .she has never thought in her life that she could get such a loving husband. And when she has him, she is making him crave for her.
Ishita wiped her tears and said-nahi raman, now u don't have to wait for ur ishita. Ab aapki ishita wahin rahegi jahan aap chahte hai, aapke dil mein, aapke room mein aur aapki baahon mein. She said to herself and went out of her room wearing her slippers.
She went to his room and standing on the threshold thinking what to say him, how to say him that she wants to stay with him. Yes he want to hear it from her but she was feeling shy.
After standing there for five minutes, she peeked into his room only to find him working on his lappy wearing his spects. Ishita smiled seeing him looking so cute and handsome. Ishita was just admiring him standing on the threshold with a beautiful smile on her face.
Raman felt someone's gaze on him and raised his head only to see ishita standing there.
Raman -arey ishita, tum yahan. Kuch kaam hai kya, aao ander.
Ishita came inside with baby steps and sat on the corner of the bed.
Raman -kuch chahiye tumhe.
Ishita nodded her head in yes but not understanding what to say when Raman asked-kya chahiye.
Ishita -can I sleep in ur room. She said very meekly making him surprised.
Raman -kya??
Ishita-main yahan so jaun, aapke kamre mein. I don't wanna sleep alone.
Raman got very happy hearing this and said-yes ofcourse, yeh bhi koi puchne ki baat hai. It's ur room only, come. He said and ishita lay down next to him on his bed.
Ishita slept next to him and waiting for him to join in but when she saw him again busy in his work, she said-aap bhi so jaiye, it's late.
Raman -haan tum so jao, I will sleep in sometime.
Ishita got up and said going closer to him-nahi abhi soiye.kitna kaam karenge Aap, sirf kaam kaam kaam, no way, abhi soiye bas. She said ordering him taking out his glasses.
Raman -arey ishita, give back my glasses, main sota hoon naa.
Ishita-kaha naa abhi, chaliye letiye.
Raman nodded seeing her not listening to him. He put his laptop and went to couch to sleep.
Ishita-mujhme kaante lage hai kya, come here.
Raman -no I am good here only. Tum aaram se so jao.
Ishita-arey itna bada bed hai, come here, warna main bhi couch par aa jaungi.
Raman -but, r u.
Ishita-ohho aaiye naa.
Raman nodded and went on the bed and slept on the farthest corner.
Ishita-uff yeh Raman bhi naa, raam ban rahe hai. Arey kamre mein aa gayi, bed par aa gayi. Ab kya karun to make him understand that I am ready to take our relationship ahead. She was thinking when Raman take out another blanket for himself.
Ishita-kuch kar ishu, warna yeh pagal kumar kuch nahi samjhenge. Uff thodi besharam ho jaa, waise bhi he is ur husband only. She thought and went closer to him. She pulled him on the bed and lay down very near to him keeping her head on his chest while Raman heartbeat increased feeling her proximity.
Raman -ish ishita, what u r doing.
Ishita-kya kar rahi hoon. Apne pati ke saath so rahi hoon. She said playing with his shirt button.
Raman was shocked and confused with her sudden behaviour while she was trying hard to be bold but from inside she was also a bundle of nerves.
Ishita caressed his face softly and said-aapko pata hai ,aap spects mein kitne achche lagte hai.
Raman-kitna achcha lagta hoon.
Ishita-bahut achche lagte hai, Mann karta hai kha jaaun. She said and kissed his cheek.
Raman smiled hearing this from her and said-sach mein.
Ishita nodded and wounded her arms around him thinking-itni hint toh Maine de di raman, now do the rest. I can't say u directly to make love to me.
On the other hand, Raman was thinking why she is behaving like this.
Raman -kahin ishita bhi toh wahin nahi chahti joh main chahta hoon, shall I ask her. Nahi nahi, agar woh aisa kuch nahi soch rahi hogi toh kitna ganda lagega. I think I should wait, control Raman.kaise karun control my ishita is in ur arms and I want to hug her tightly and love her insanely but what if she is not ready. Control hi karna padega. He thought and closed his eyes to suppress his desire to love her.
While ishita was thinking that Raman should understand her hints and go ahead. Both waited for the other to initiate but none did anything and soon both slept disappointed .
