Shivay doesn't know that Om helped Anika and hence he doesn't know that Om knows that it's Shivay who is supposedly illegitimate. So did Shivay bother to ask Om if he believes he (Om) is illegitimate? If he did, his brother wouldn't be behaving like he does now.
So Shivay should wonder if Om believed he was illegitimate son, he wouldn't thoughtlessly hand over his share of property to Anika along with Rudra.
Why isn't Shivay asking why Om-Rudra are Team Anika?
Why isn't the family worried if Anika is the owner of OM. Ok chalo, at least Dadi Jhanvi should fake this worry with Shivay. Pinky should be genuinely have nightmares if she will be thrown out of OM.
