Udaan starts with Imli (Vidhi Pandya) and Chakor(Meera Deosthale) deciding to make Suraj (Vijayendra Kumeria)and Vivaan(Paras Arora) friends and for this they plan to get the both of them outside for lunch. Chakor plays the cards and tries to make Suraj realise that he is not so large hearted as to forgive Vivaan. Suraj senses her trick and asks her to rehearse better and he finally agrees to go out for lunch with Vivaan but on the condition that Chakor will marry him she agrees though she asks him why is there an urgency but he says he cannot wait any longer for her. Imli too tries to convince Vivaan and he asks her if she would forgive him if they did that, Imli says she would think abouit it though for the time she expects such small happiness from him. Finally they get ready to go and Chakor and Imli are sad to see the two not even on talking terms and when they talk they fight over driving the car. Chakor takes over the driving and as she drives she and Imli discuss the film in which two brothers met each other after years.
Suraj and Vivaan fight over a shortcut to take and finally Chakor warns to get them out of the car if they do not stop this. They reach the hotel and Chakor tries to order food but again there is a fight over this and Suraj and Vivaan taunt each other. Vivaan on Suraj' s past as a drunkard and Suraj over Vivaan insulting Imli. They end up fighting each other and Chakor and Imli stop them. Chakor and Imli discuss the matter with their parents and they tell them that it has always been like this and this was all done by Kamal Narayan. Chakor thinks about it and knows that the only way to face Kamal Narayan is for them four to be together.
Precap: Chakor and Imli plan to make Suraj and Vivaan one. Suraj gets a letter from Chakor and Vivaan from Imli and they are called to a place. Vivaan and Suraj meet each other at a dilapidated place and see each other.
