First she said she love Ali.But when he turned may be told as a friend she loves Ali. May be Neil was so emotional he didn't hear that.So she was asking him tum sun rahe ho na .To show her he was ok he smiles

I just saw in You Tube uncut video Neil told Avni that Ali loves her &Ali told him long before and then he asked her whether she loves hm .then she told yes, Ali mera bachpan ka dost hai saat mein pale bade hain pyaar to hoga hi. Then he said in his mind agar itna hi pyaar karte ho Ali se kyun nahi jaati uske paas maine pehele hi azaad kiya hain na tumko
