This is my take ...
Sony may not be intrested in people who already contested in of their show bcoz Sony may be thinking by repeating same contestants people may not like it that much and it may become like serial kind of stuff .So they want to have freshness by doing this ...
As far as Arpita I think she was talented enough atleast to feature in sa re ga na and Fame Gurukul
