Ever heard of the tremendous Crazy Creatives Team? We're now recruiting new skilled bolts (read : folks) into the team. Being the generous crazens that we are, here's presenting a unique, once-in-a-lifetime chance to be a part of the invincible "us" & prove your mettle as a socially reactive I-Fian.

If you love to make threads and contribute to IF, this is an amazing grab for you. Team work, personality enhancement & spreading awareness are one of the few areas we specialise in. And working with the coolest team of IF is something you wouldn't like to miss, isn't it?

Presenting a short tour of our regiment & working structure :

Raising Awareness and Discussions

This subteam is responsible for making serious discussion threads

Events and Festivals

This subteam is responsible for making all events and festivals threads of various religions

Games and Contests

This subteam conducts games and contests every month for the whole IF.

Birthdays

This team is entitled to make birthday threads of members of Development Team, BollyCurry and Crazy Creatives.

The application process consists of three rounds:
1) Basic information about yourself (name, country and age) and your priorities.
2) Individual task on one of the chosen themes provided by the CC team.
3) Team task, where teams will be chosen by the CC team and you will be required to produce a thread.

Newbies and groupbies are not permitted to apply.

DT will be accepted if you meet one of the four conditions below:
a) You must be the DT of one or no forum. (Your one forum must NOT be heavily busy).
b) You must be the DT of a show that has ended.
c) Your show must be a seasonal show (example, Jhalak Dikhla Jaa, Bigg Boss). The show must be in its final stages and not recently started.
d) You must be in the process of quitting the DT and accepting regular member or Veteran Member status.

BollyCurry Buzzers CANNOT apply to join the CC team.

Any members looking to apply must ensure that they do not have a PM warning or warning level raise in the past SIX months.

You must have a strong grasp of the English language to create comprehensible threads.

Before applying, please ensure you are confident you can manage the workload at CC as well as any personal priorities. If you are successful in joining the team, you must remain in the team for at least THREE months before you decide to quit. And you have to serve a ONE month notice period before you quit.

How will you decide who goes on to the second round?

Your age will play a major factor in determining whether or not you will go on to the second round. We are looking for mature and capable individuals to join the team. Along with that, we will go through your past activity in the various forums you've spent your time in. We will speak to the Development Team of each of those forums to get an unbiased professional view on your ability to follow rules.

How much time do you expect us to dedicate approximately?

A maximum of 3-4 hours per week or less. However, it varies subteam to subteam and month to month based on work load.

I'm a student. I can't be very active all the time on IF.

That's alright. More than 90% of the team consists of students. If you need time away for exams, projects, assignments, we provide that for you. The Captains of each subteam will assist in balancing your time on IF and the time you require for school.

I don't make signatures, make video mixes or write fan fictions.

That's not a problem. We just need you to demonstrate that you have the creative mind we are looking for. The team has members that can do the "graphics" part of each thread. If you've done any sort of creative thread in the past, we want a link. 😃

I received a warning level a year ago but it has been reduced since then because of good behaviour. Am I still eligible?

Of course you are! You will be given the same opportunity as any other member.

Can I choose which subteam I apply for?No. When you apply, you automatically apply for all the subteams. If you are chosen as one of the finalists as a new Crazy Creative, you will be given the chance to choose your first and second choices.

Begin your dive into the out-of-the-ordinary of India-Forums by sending in the following to this account CrazyCreatives by 3rd August 2017:

1) Your name:

3) Your Country & Time Zone:

4) Your IF commitments:
(example: is a Coolbie/DT member for a forum, writing a fan-fiction, writing newsletters for a forum, have a signature gallery etc.)

5) How much time can you dedicate per week to the team?

6) Do you have any links to your work you'd like to share?
(example: signature gallery, writing gallery, previously done birthday threads, game threads, contests threads, festival threads, video mixes, etc)

7) In 200 words, explain why you want to join the CC team.
