East India comedy recently released a video where Tapasee talks abt her and bollywood. Here she talks abt a BW director who rejected her saying she didn't look as a Delhi Sikh girl but the actual reason was casting couch?? So who is she talking abt which film any guess?

Someone guessed it in the comments of the Facebook video - Pallavi Sharda's role in Besharam (director being Abhinav Kashyap, Anurag's brother).

BTW, thought Taapsee was pretty funny 😆 Her 'attachee' was hilarious (that's what we call it in Punjabi, surprised the comedians thought it was a strange word!), and asking the photographers to leave so that she can take an Ola/Uber to go back home because she doesn't have a driver 😆.

Also her comments on 'agle film mein Varun Dhawan ka double role hai, mera toh kuch nahin hone wala' 😆, the coconut song she did in the South (😳) and how the South filmmakers were 'surprised' she could act after Pink and Naam Shabana was 😎. Her point about heroines not being paid well was also well pointed out, the point that until the audience doesn't go and watch female oriented movies, they're not going to get paid much higher rang true 😊

She was bashed for her comments about the coconut though.

She def burnt her bridges to tollywood.

She debuted with Dhanush in Aadukalam, replacing an established actress.. how do people think she couldnt act. Confused.

Director is Abhinav Kashyap yeah. He has disappeared after Besharam, which is somewhat of a silver lining.

Looking at the YT comments, lot of hate is being directed at her from Telugu fans

The throwing coconut on the midriff part was funny
She was so good in Pink and Naam Shabana
She is so right that girls are under paid
If she acts well she can surpass Varun in her next

After Ilena, another one who seems to want to leave South. I thought her first film received NA or something. She did have a good reputation as actress in South from what I had read about her. 😃
