According to latest rumor, this car was gifted by Shahrukh khan to Salman khan for his cameo in his next movie. Not sure who will be held responsible in case Salman decides to drive without license.

Is it allowed to gift someone car who doesnt have driving license ?

In case anyone spot this car, stay away from this car and keep safe distance as later on this car will be considered self driving car incase of accident.
