When it is so so hard to forgive

Humans can feel so many different emotions - love, anger, jealous, hatred and so on and out of them the hardest one to comprehend and accept is Betrayal.

Betrayal - The emotion very few have control on. What do you do when you feel you are betrayed. Can you move on and forgive ? Can you accept things that happened as a quirk of destiny and move on? Can you just let everything be and not want to hurt the one who was responsible for the disaster?

Our boy Advay is sailing in the same boat. 16 yrs back he was betrayed by his best friend Chandni. Looks like they were awesome childhood buddies and they did support each other and Chandni still derives strength from Dev's memories. But what did Chandni do in return? She gave out information on Dev's mother which caused the people to murder her and I don't think she did it because she was used as a pawn. She did give out on a hiding Dev which made him flee and then lose out the only living relative of him - his brother. So yes Chandni is the destroyer of his family and his happiness. 16 yrs back he was a helpless teenager boy who was running away for his life but now he is back a 30 yr old person who wants his pound of flesh back. He can't forgive and he can't get over the betrayal of his childhood friend. He wants to hurt her - push her to limits and derive happiness from her sufferings. Does that assuage him ? Does it soothe him in any way ? Can the past be put back by these actions of Advay. No nothing like that will happen but how to explain this to the 15 yr old boy who was helpless and couldn't do anything to save his family. He has long path to accepting the things that happened - He is still grieving over the loss.

I always wanted Chandni to be the reason for Advay's family destruction and not merely be a pawn in it - and the hero misunderstanding poor innocent Chandni. The premise of the show is how do you fall in love with the person from whom you want to get revenge? and what happens if you do fall in love unexpectedly? Can Advay learn to have a closure on his past ? Can his love for Chandni overpower his hate when he figures out that yes he can overlook that wrong from Chandni's side and yet still love her? Will Chandni's sufferings be a balm to his aching heart or will it hurt him more.

The story has just yet started so yes we have long road to love and happiness. I say sit back and enjoy the ride. This story does have depth and the actors are suited to the T. Loving the show so far.

The boy lost his whole family in front of his eyes
He saw his mother burning,he saw his father being killed by weapon that too because of his best friend
He himself was about to die (people were about to kill him) that too because of chandni
So its not gonna be so eeasy to forgive her and i will say his revenge is justified

This guy spent his 16 years without he love and care of anybody .. there is no one whom he can call his Own.. whereas chandni was always with her family (though some unfortunate happened with her too) so its obvvious Advey will take revenge from her as he thought destroying his life ,she is enjoying her own life with her family or may b she is acting of beinginnocent

So yaah the revenge is justifies
Advey being a dark character is justified

I m loving the way the show is shaping up.. lookingg foreard to the next episodes

Completely agree with you. Much needed post.
Advay's revenge is completely justified from what we find out today. If we put ourselves in his shoes.. but then we can't ! No body can even imagine what terrible pain and helplessness and untold horror he went through . He's completely alone in the world . He's lost his entire family in one go, because of Chandu's mistake.
Now, whether Chandu did it because of any manipulation or under duress , that's separate topic, but it couldn't be changed that her actions led to his irrecoverable loss.
The story is set strong and unfolding beautifully, all the actors are doing a great job.
I'm waiting for Chandni to fall head over heels in love with Advay. Tab ayega maaza.
Till now she's in love with her childhood sweetheart Dev. But Advay will soon win her heart , with out giving away his identity.
