Honestly I was expecting so much more what with the hype of Aditya suddenly giving his marriage another chance, the kidnapping, the promo, Nisha's deviousness, the shadow man, etc. But I'm not very impressed.

Firstly what the hell has happened to Aditya?!! Like seriously this past week I've regretted ever considering Aditya different than the usual TV heroes. He's become the regressive, passive, side hero that most heroes on Indian TV are. I wanted some oomph man! I wanted him to tell Jhanvi what's going on. I wanted him to trust his Baba. I wanted him to trust his family. Like seriously. Okay let's take a deep breath and let me explain to you what I mean.
  • Scene 1 - Nisha blackmails Aditya using his mother's photo and tells him to give the marriage another chance or else she'll kill Aditya's murder. Fine. Aditya gets scared.
  • Scene 2 - The birthday scene. Yeah let's keep that as is. I accept.
  • Scene 3 - Aditya goes to Jhanvi's house later. Not to give her money as Nisha had said, but to tell her what is going on. Or better yet, write everything on a paper and give it to Jhanvi on top of the money with a meaningful glance at it. Perfect.
  • Scene 4 - Jhanvi tells Baba everything and finds out what Aditya's mother looks like. Then they bring Kaka and Kaki into their confidence.
  • Scene 5 - The 3 elders keep Nisha busy as Jhanvi searches for proof in Nisha's room and finds something that can lead her to Aditya's mother.
  • Scene 6 - Nisha herself leads Jhanvi to Aditya's mother.
  • Scene 7 - Aditya also arrives at the scene and confronts Nisha. Jhanvi now stands back (also calling the police and taking photos as evidence).
  • Scene 8 - Nisha gets arrested for kidnapping, Aditya's mother goes back home, and everything goes back to normal.
Yeah, yeah I know I'm expecting too much, but still this is not at all what I expected after what the CVs have shown. Up until the family knew about Nisha, yeah Aditya faced everything on his own, but now everyone knows. Aditya could have easily taken someone into his confidence if not Jhanvi.

Back to today's episode. Not much really happened for it to be called a mahaepisode. The real revelation would have been on the shadow man. Now that would be something I would have paid to see! But really by just showing this dhamkna back and forth wasn't much fun.

Jhanvi doesn't know anything and yet she threatens Nisha to reveal the truth in 12 hours else she will. I liked that Nisha played her game and didn't reveal anything to the family. Now the ball is in Jhanvi's court. Jhanvi has to do something or else Nisha will know that it was just dry threats.

One thing I absolutely hated about today's episode was the hit-and-miss between Aditya and his mother. I mean if someone comes to your door and you are offering to help him/her out, you would at least look at them once. This hit-and-miss situation was a bit too much for me to digest.

I'm not even going to spend time analyzing the situations today, but go straight to the precap. What a precap. Jhanvi meets Aditya's mother, who is weak and needs help, but Jhanvi doesn't recognize her. That's a bit too much to accept. The family considers she's dead. Wouldn't they have at least one photo of hers hanging somewhere in the house in a prominent place? Both my grandfathers are no more. One passed away almost 15 years ago and one last year. And we have photos of both hanging in a prominent place in our house. Fine let's suppose there is no photo. But now the story looks like it's going to follow the typical Indian TV show mentality, where the mother will stay at Jhanvi's house until she's better and then she'll leave and after she leaves then Jhanvi will find out who she is and then everyone will go on a hunt for her and even then Nisha will find her first and use her to threaten the family and...

Raghuvir sir and Sudeep ji if you are reading this then please please please don't let this show go down that typical path. Please! Show Aditya telling Jhanvi everything and Aditya meeting his mother at Jhanvi's place. Show the two of them joining hands against Nisha. Show who the shadow man. Show Baba meeting his wife. Show anything but the typical Indian TV show path. Please! I've been loving this show so far (and I can tell you that I hate anything that isn't atypical) and I don't want this show to become the same regressive drama that 90% of shows on TV today are. Please!

I totally agree with you. That's what I was saying yesterday that I want a real hero who is trying hard to rescue his mother & not a puppet who dances on Nisha's fingertips. And hurting those people who love him the most. Yes he can take his family into consideration & can play against Nisha but no. They just want to show how brave Jhanvi is, doing it all alone.
I am very disappointed the way they show the family reaction after accepting Nisha. They didn't even tried to find out why Adi( who was eager to take divorce) suddenly changed? They didn't show a single shot dis cussing about his behaviour. If they love him so much then why they can't see the pain?
About the episode it was as per my expectations because I was expecting nothing. I knew that nothing will happen in the episode. Only a cat mouse game between Nisha & Jhanvi.
The story will be dragged for two weeks at least.
You can't expect well written episode when unnecessary tracks are involved.

Somehow I get this feeling and lose interest right before a show takes the turn for the worst--as it seems to have by the ractions here. I haven't watched since last week. So I have nothing to say on this matter.

Except. I read the spec that it could be Kakasa that's the mystery man? It makes sense if they suddenly show Aditya's mom alive, probably Kakasa was behind it. And honestly, it doesn't interest me at all. I was too worried about Raj being bad guy, I don't want Kakasa either. I know he was being crazy with his belief on Nisha but in some ways, it was a man who stood up and supported his DIL over his son, which is rare in shows and probably in RL too.

Anyway, no interest in this bakwas for Aditya's mom being alive. And also him being some puppet. It would have at least been better if Nisha had Jhanvi or her family's life threatened somehow.

@ alpha78: I'm not even going to start thinking about the family reaction else I'll start ranting and raving here, so I agree. Like what type of family reacts for a few seconds in a birthday party and then says or does nothing.

@ KhatamKahani: I have a feeling it could be Kakasa. He supported Nisha all the way to the end. It was only when the police arrived that did he finally change his stance. I've been reading up on some of the episodes since before the end of May (when I started) and it's surprising how much Kakasa supported Nisha. It also makes sense that he would be the one who hid Aditya's mother away in this case. But the question that arises now is why. Why are the CVs suddenly bringing in Aditya's mother? What is the hidden motive behind keeping his mother hidden for so many years? What is the gain? Is Kakasa like a master seer of the future that he knew that 10, 15, 20 years down the line he'll need to use Aditya's mother to gain the property? And he already has the property on his name so why do anything if it is him?

I've lost interest as well. The past week I've only read WUs. Yesterday's mahaepisode was the first one I watched in a week, but after seeing the pathetic storyline that the CVs are trying to bring in as a mystery angle I'm going to stop watching soon. In fact I might go back to what they had introduced a week ago with a shadow man and take the story forward from there in my own way. Keep an eye out in the forum. I might post something in the coming week or so.

He changed his stance after Aditya was hit by the car and in critical condition after saving Jhanvi from the kidnapping.

He was shown going to the kidnappers in jail with money and asked them to tell him the truth of who/what put them up. By that time things had all been piling on against Nisha. He had ignored her previous antics and excused and still tried to support. But it took a turn with Babasa's slap incident. It was more like, one by one, things were pointing to Nisha but he wasn't going to fully believe it till he had something concrete. Finally he was convinced. In many ways, I can understand, even though he would often be quick to believe Nisha and blame Jhanvi. He chose Nisha for Adi, and he refused to be a guy who put his son over DIL, etc etc so went all out in supporting his DIL.

But yeah, they will definitely make all his crazy supporting for Nisha as part of his evilness.

Anyway, this new storyline is just stupid and doesn't add up like you said. It will just be...
