Okay so I had quit the show for a while after Prem's death but saw Maya's death promo so couldn't resist to catch up with the show. And now cvs have left me wondering "What do they want to do?"

Pehle toh in logo ne sabhi characters ki bhajjjiya tal di aur fir story ki khichdi bana di aur uske baad bhi same cheez repeat karenge.

What they have done to their characters clearly say only one thing - they have never heard the word character development!!!

Maya:

Well Maya was the most strong character in the show, actually the only well written character on the show, but they have to go on and ruin it. And no by ruining it I dont mean making her negative , what I mean is that Maya is an evil genius as per the show, then she goes on to keep a pendrive of her misdeeds. Explanation is as weird as it can get so not buying it. She murders Ashwin like a professional assassin but stops half way while murdering Ayaan to have a chat with him.She takes the effort of getting her pistol, but goes on to meet Samay with a bat?

Yeh kya hua Maya ke dimag ko? Arjun virus lag gaya ya Sanjheshwari devi ke aashirwaad lag gaya??

CVS why dont you decide whether Maya is a genius or just dumb??

Another major loop in the story Maya in no way can live without Arjun but manages to stay in mental asylum for 6 months? That is in exact contradiction to her character!

And now she is going to stage her death. But why would she do that when she cant stay away from her husband.

I do remember the time when in last episodes of S1, ArYa were having their converation .

Arjun asked "Zeher bhi itne pyaar se khilaogi"

She replied " Jab tak pyaar hai tab tak zeher khilaane ki naubat nahi aayegi aur jab pyaar nahi hoga toh... "

But even if she wants to take revenge, she has so many ways, then why would she do that?!

Also I found yesterday's conversation with Jhanvi so strange and hillarious.

When she was telling Jhanvi Arjun chillayega,jhootha vaada karega etc, and then mujhe maar daalega.

Remember when the whole forum was debating whether she is bimar or buri or both. I got the answer.

None of the above. She just has a demented mind that's it, just like Joker in Batman series.

Arjun mujhe maarne ke liye aa raha hai itne sukoon se bata rahi hai jaise Arjun jaan se maarne nahi balki Param Vir Chakra personally dene aa raha ho 😆

And while that conversation was going on I was feeling like Maya Jhanvi ko koi bedtime story suna rahi.

Imagine agar Maya ka baby ho gaya hota toh woh usse bhi aisi story suna thi

"Bandar sweet dreams, so jao, I will miss you. Papa aa rahe hain mumma ko maarne kyunki mumma ne pyaari sauteli daadi ki wicket uda di"

Dear unborn baby, you have no idea how lucky you are that you were not born to ArYa. Warna tumhari psycho maa tumhe torture kar ke paagal bana deti, aur Arjun tumhe confuse karke, aur agar yeh kaafi nahi tha toh Saanjh aunty would have made sure that your life is a living hell.

So congratulations, you got saved🥳

One more thing I cant understand. Maya locked VM in that bed compartment, then placed VM in the bed, right. So basically Maya lifted VM all by herself??! Wahan log fake miscarriage ke time nahi samajh paa rahe the ki Maya ne marble ka ganesh idol kaise uthaya yahan pe toh real miscarriage ke time Maya ne poori ki poori Vandan utha lii!! 👏

I swear this girl is an absolute reincarnation of HeMan.

I simply dont understand that why did she waited for Arjun to come and rescue her from Samay.

With the amount of strength she has, she could have taken Samay head on in a one on one kushti match!

Waise Maya ek aisi insaan hai jisne swacch bharat abhiyan ko naye maayne diye hain. with this speed she will clear the whole wide nation in a few months. Sab ko saaf kardegi (if you know what I mean).😛

What I dont understand is ki Maya went through most horrible tortures one can go through as a child that too by her own parents, but she did not killed Ashwin in so many years where we finally see her doing it like a real pro? Why did she not do it earlier??

Also when we are talking about murder , Maya you forgot the Mauritius pandit and the guy who took fight with Arjun. Unke koi importance nahi hai kya, matlab 10 minute ke role mein the iss liye tumne count bhi nahi kiya, yeh kaisa insaaf hai tumhara Maya?

Also the infamous Maya's Sach.

They were making such a big fuss regarding Maya's Sach, Ashwin even went on to say that Maya 20 saal ke liye jail jaayegi.

I had already started making a few guesses.

Maybe she murdered her friend on her 9th birthday, maybe it was a mass murder, did she killed her nanaji, or maybe killed some teacher of hers,something like that.

What was her sach?

There was a boy named Rajeev who exploited Maya, so she tricked him into putting himself ablaze and then falsely accused him of attempt to murder.

WOW!! AMAZING! 👏👏👏* Standing Ovation *

Yeh tha Maya ka sach jiske liye woh 20 saal jail jaayegi!!

Saanjh:

Now this is the character which was spoiled the most by the CVS due to lack of character development.

Saanjh in the starting episodes is shown to be a lawyer, she is talented and competent, she does not have an ounce of arrogance, she is also very intelligent and has instincts which tell her about people's emotions. Like Saanjh seeing Maya crying, Saanjh was also the first on to see Maya's love for Arjun. Not only that she could see arjun falling in love with Maya even before Arjun realised his feelings and that is why she was getting so insecure.

But as the episodes go by, every trait of Saanjh is challenged by cvs.

Yes agreed, from the start Saanjh talked about high morals but was always somehow faking, true.

But to the extent of trying to kiss a drunk married man whose wife is pregnant (atleast in Saanjh's eyes) is just stupid of cvs! If you wanted to show Saanjh's love as selfless or healthy, you messed it up all at that moment!!

Not to forget the promise she made to Prem while leaving for Mauritius ,"If he says no you will never look back" apparently all she does is keep looking at Arjun no matter what!! CVS did not felt like there is a need for developing her character, usse bas ek line thama di "Duffer dekh Maya pagal hai"

Not to forget that when Saanjh comes back she is shown to be such a confident lawyer, but we later found out that she was just being arrogant. And I dont remeber this trait in S1, and she clearly has no brains which was also not the case in S1 then what happened to her? Why CVS?

When Prem died I quit the show, but I had thought that now Saanjh would stop doing that duffer jaap, would take Prem's revenge, mature and stop her zid, rather concentrate on the loss and how to get her father some justice, coz I cant forget or forgive Maya, Samay and saanjh for Prem's murder.

And she starts with amazing dialogues of revenge also, but later we see her helplessly and uselessly crying in her marriage as she can not stop her own marriage??

On top of that her just kidnapped brother arrives and she is like duffer dekh Maya pagal hai.

Matlab bas duffer important hai, Maya se uski shaadi tudwani important hai, fir se usse dusky ka duffer banana important hai, baaki sab jaayein bhaad mein!

CVS why did you do this to Saanjh? You want to pitch her against Maya with a character that questionable? What was the reason to kill Prem if you were not going to develop her character??!

Sach mein college se li hai ya kahi daan mein de rahe the, wahan se utha laayi?

Saanjh ka character jo banaya gaya hai woh kuch aisa hai:

Useless, hopeless and brainless

Whereas she was supposed to be the sensible person in the show, sensible chodo tum logon ne toh usse sane kehne layak bhi nahi choda.

However last episode mein uska promotion huua yeh jaan ke achcha laga.

When Arjun screams "Maya", Saanjh the lawyer for the first time says "Police ko bulate hain"

When she said that I was like "THANK YOOU!! Saanjh I am SOO PROUD OF YOU. Finally itne mahino baad tumne kooi dhang ki baat boli. Thank You"

Arjun:

Where do I start with this character. Oh yeah, the fact ki tum logon ne iss bichare ke character mein kuch likha hi nahi. All we know about him is that ki kamina last moment pe palti maarta hai.

When the show started we realise that Arjun hates VM for some reason, we dont know the reason. We later get to know about it and we also get to know that Arjun is hating VM since past 20 years. Now I want to ask a simple question. A man holds on to hate so long, you think that he is a stubborn person who is fixed on his belief, who never thinks otherwise once he has chosen a side. But no, CVS show us the exact opposite.

Also about his career, he was studying law, quit halfway to become a photographer and is very ambitious, wants to be the best photographer ever. But when proposed to be CEO of the company, shows little hesitation and is damn happy about it, goes on to show callous behaviour towards that profession (we saw that in the last few episodes of S1). Where are his ambitions regarding his career.

So all he wanted was money and had no passion for work?

Seriously, no man can be so indecisive and on top of that we dont know his single character trait.

VM said Saanjh understood Arjun and then they go on to show that only Maya understands him.

I am like "Is this really Saanjh's fault that she does not understand this Arjun guy, he is impossible understand, god knows how Maya has deciphered him?"

Also the fact that he does not mind his wife almost shooting his mother and best friend, but loses love after knowing that Samay loved Maya?

And then when Arjun is not ready to give Maya to police in Ayaan's accident as well as VM's death is even more confusing. He outrightly denied any interference from police whatsoever.

And the biggest firework of last episode:

Arjun - "Main apni maa ke sar pe haath rakhke kasam khaata hoon ki Maya ko kabhi nahi chodunga"

VM's aatma - "Arjun, Nalayak kam se kam ab toh Maya ko chod de!"

Seriously koi iss show ke writers ko batao ki main kabhi nahi chodunga aur main usse nahi chodunga 2 ekdum hi different cheezen hoti hain!!

I will not leave her and I will not spare her ke difference pe VM ki aatma aur Saanjh ki bachi huyi zindagi ki saari umeeden tiki hain!

Ab koi Arjun munna ke naam par mithai baato, unka bhi promotion hua hai.

Iss show mein jhoothe waade kar kar ke finally ek jhoothi kasam pe inhone fingers cross karne ki sochi warna pehle toh free fund mein waade tod deta tha.

And Arjun Sharma ka famous "Main sab handle kar loonga"

Itihaas gawah hai ki jab jab Arjun ne kuch handle karne ki sochi hai tab tab situation out of control ho gayi hai.

Ab ham sab dekhenge ki iss baar kis mahaan tareeke se handle karenge Mr Arjun Indecisive Sharma iss situation ko.

All I am praying is ki Maya ko maarne jaa rahe ho, bas usse maarne se pehle apna mood mat badal dena, kyunki kya hai na tumhara koi bharosa nahi hai.

Waise this is very interesting. Maya ne kam se kam 5 logon ko toh murder kiya hai par ek baar bhi jail nahi gayi. Arjun jaa ke Maya ka murder karta hai, joki hame pata hai ki nahi kar paayga coz the whole show is about Maya, but uske jurm mein jail jaat hai aur turant faasi ki saza mil jaati hai 🤣

Matlab teen saal mein biwi se kuch nahi seekha.

Maya's words are like prohecy, ussne kaha tha ki paas rahoge toh gale ki maala hoga aur door jaoge toh gale ka fanda hoga. Tab mujhe nahi pata ki saathwe vachchan ka literal translation dekhne ko milega!

Also heard the news Saanjh uski faasi cancel karyegi, I became 100% sure ki Maya koi madad karegi kyunki Saanjh se toh kuch nahi hona!

What Do They Want To Tell:

Kya batana chahte ho tum log:

a) Maya is such a genius ki khud ka murder bhi stage kar sakti hai aur fir Arjun ko bacha bhi sakti hai

b) Agar aap hopeless, useless aur brainless hain tab bhi aap lawyer ban sakte hain

c) Arjun wo kutta hai jo ghar ka na ghat ka par aisa khud ki choice se

d) Iss show ke writers ekdum bakwaas hai

I think my vote will go to (d) option.

CVS your show does not have one sensible character.

There is one psycho killer who kills everyone at drop of hat and never gets caught, a cheap shameless girl who in the name of selfless love sacrifices her father to do Arjun jaap, a man jiske baare mein mujhe toh kuch pata nahi bas Maya jaanti hai usse.

Now who am I supposed to root for in this situation?? Why would I watch this thing? Why would anyone watch this?

Simple answer, I will only watch the last episode in which Maya brutally murders Saanjh, then Arjun tortures Maya to death and finally a bulldozer walks over Arjun munna turning him into a flat papad. After watching all this shit, that would be nice to watch. (Yes! This show has turned my brain demented like Maya and mentality sick like Saanjh, thank god Arjun ka kuch catch nahi hua mujhe)

it was great reading your post each and every thing was to the point, i love that you write about all three characters and really i would also love this ending may be maya and sanjh insanity are rubbing off on us!

kudos for pointing out difference between he would never leave her and he wouldn't spare her for cvs hence cvs justify your option d selection AGAIN!

P.S i had said before that maya is JOKER of beyhadh so its good to know someone else also think that

@manya your post was 🤣🤣. I had also asked from where CVs have learned the basic of medicals. A woman who has given birth goes on killing and as you said lift her and put her on the bed.If that was not enough Ayan, a critically injured patient is sitting as if he has some fracture and small bruises. Who bought him from ICU and how did the hospital discharge him

Saanjh yes, I also wanted to ask from where did she get law degree. 😆😆 because all she says is Maya pagal hai. I thought when she broke down post Prem's death she will go strong. Where kahani wahi pahunchi. Maya pagal hai 😆😆

Arjun I was also 🤣 when he told I will not leave Maya. VM ki atma booth banke aayengi and will tell beta ab toh mujhe shanti do, saanjh ka haath damlo 😆😆. Yes you cannot trust him. Whenever he tells he knows everything, we only see things complicating. I would say the only person who was angry in the show for Arjun was Prem and Prem had a correct analysis of this man also from beginning. He knew Arjun didnt love Saanjh and wanted his daughter to concentrate on something sane leaving this man. Another one who had understood to some extend is Samay. Maya ka kutta. Yes he was we have to believe because his reason for leaving Maya is a man called Rajiv not Ayan rape or she doing morbid things to his mother 😆😆

Now why I am watching the show. Mujhe Maya ke bandar ko dekhna hai 😆😆. Dekhna hai ki is pagal khane mein woh kaisa survive kar paya.

For the Post 👍🏼 Well Sanjh's character was is and will be the most annoying and weak character till the end. Maya pagal hai kahin tu bhi toh pagal nahi Sanjheshwari devi ? 😆 her Arjun jaap is beyond obsession. Sometimes I do get conphused who is more obsessed with Arjun, Maya or Sanjh? Her dangerous obsession, arrogance, unprofessional ways didn't help her become an opposite of Maya. She is as obsessive as Maya is. Maya still has the quality to fight back for whatever she believes in she lacks even that quality. Sanjh isn't a protagonist not even a parallel lead she is just a helping hand for Maya.

Regarding Maya well she deviated from the path of being a genius to being an emotional fool. I truly want to know why she didn't kill Ashwin all those years? That bat scene was epic one 😆 Maya's punishment might remain a dream atleast till the end or maybe she escape punishment even at the end.

Regarding Arjun "No Comment" This character don't deserve even a single word.

Poor Characterization , Lack of proper pre-decided storyline of finite series (finite series have pre-decided storyline, every single scene is written before in finite series) made Beyhad what it is now. A disaster to watch!

@fernandes yeah i guess i was too frustrated after watching last 3 weeks episode in one go and it all just blurted out while writing this post. I dont understand why these people are hell bent on defying basic logic in this show.

Well I had to post that dialogue of Arjun as i couldnt help but laugh my ass off in that scene.

What was the director thinking when he said okay to the take. Didnt he realised that what Arjun is saying is far from what it was meant to be "Main maya ko kabhi nahi chodunga"

What are they tying to do? This is not a small mistake, how can they just let it pass by?

It just changes the whole meaning of the scene as well as the tempo of the scene.

All that it tells me is either the writing is very lousy or the actor director team does not pay enough attention to their work.

And yeah the joker is probably the only synonym of Maya right now. As they are not going to show what is wrong with Maya the only thing that we can assume is that she is exactly like joker, trying find peace and happiness in destruction as that is the only thing which satisfies her. Not to forget her character is as badass and awesome as joker (atleast it was till cvs did not made an attempt to show Maya dumb).

Well with the new fake death planning I hope we get our no nonsense no mistake Maya back who does every work with perfection just like Joker.

@shruti well you do know that I am a fan of your analysis and posts, so couldnt agree more with you.

Everyone in this show is doing miracles after miracles, whether it is Maya doing weight lifting stunt with Vandana or Ayaan the accident victim roaming in the house on his wheel chair jaise kuch hua hi na ho.

What is really very funny is Maya roaming around in that hospital dress. Hospital waalon ne dicharge karte samay apni dress waapis mahi maangi kya, ya fir GST ke kaaran wahan par bhi sale chal raha ho ga . 2 patient pe ek dress FREE FREE FREE. 😆

Then again Saanjh being a lawyer is absolutely clueless. I dont know how can cvs think of showing something like that. They clearly are not interested in showing depth or layers in a character, bas jab jo mann mein aata hai likh dete hain.

Coming to Arjun, Maya ko duniya ke saare awards milne chahiye just to decipher him.

I seriously dont understand if he was such a thaali ka baingan how did he managed to hate Vandana for 20 years even after constant persuasion??

And yes I do agree that somewhere Prem was aware of Arjun's indecisive and ignorant nature. Maybe a man gets a man better or something like that but if that was the case then why did Ayaan never understood Arjun.

I still remember the starting episodes where Arjun was seeing constantly having only one complaint "Koi mujhe nahi samajhta" Well by now we all have understood that Arjun ko sach mein koi nahi samajhta, ham sab bhi aaj tak nahi samajh paaye.

Ab koi kaise samajhega jab tum Ussain Bolt ki speed pe apne decisions badloge?

I really feel for Prem, he tried his level best to make her daughter's life perfect but her daughter is not even interested in getting her father any justice.

Can you believe that Maya had to kill Samay. So basically his one murderer killed the other one while the third one responsible is her own daughter for whom only Arjun is important and nothing else.

And last thing, when Maya was going to kill Samay Arjun understood Maya's intentions just by looking at her eyes?? Jabki yeh wohi duffer hai jisse Saanjh openly clue de rahi thi usko kuch samajh mein nahi aa rahe tha, usko kuch kabhi samajh mein nahi aata but Samay ka murder karne ke liye aankhon ka ishara bhi samajh gaya??? HOW?! Cvs have a lot of explaining to do.

Well when the show started she wasnt as annoying but cvs first took small steps, then big steps then leaps and now they are pouncing everywhere on everyone to make her character unbearable.

And you are absolutely right, it feels like not one but 2 ladies have fallen for Arjun that too with obsession wala love. But sometimes Saanjh does so much of Maya Maya Maya, that I feel she is not obsessed with Arjun but with Maya! 🤣

Then they ruined Maya and as you said Arjun ka toh characterisation bhi karna zaroori nahi samjhte yeh log.

Also I completely agree with your last line, no pre decided story and poor characterisation is causing us audience a huge amount of headache.

I really feel bad for jenny as she is the only one who is making this show work, or else the story is messed up, plot is screwed up, there is no character development, KT has a single expression, Aneri although not a bad actor but has serious voice modulation issues. I dont understand why dont they change the genre of the show from romantic thriller to comedy, that would suit it more.

And if that wasnt enough we all have been showing only one thing on loop ever since the show started.

Arjun gets frustrated from Maya, Saanjh supports Arjun, Maya devises a genius plan and then pretend to be abhla, Arjun rushes to Maaya, Saanjh wants to sepsrate ArYa at any cost so tries to make Arjun see some sense by shouting and screeming, Saanjh ka popat ho jaata, Saanjh and cooperation sit and curse maya then REPEAT!

You know I can almost bet that after this death drama, Saanjh would finally see Maya, would straight away go and tell Arjun then Arjun wouldnt listen she will started screaming and shouting, fir ek doosre ko do thappad maarenge and then Saanjh would go and sit with her cooperation and blame first Ganesha the Maya.
