It simply means one of them is going to breath for the last time, whenever the story concludes!
Since we are nowhere near the end, right now, both Arjun & Maya will be alive & kicking in mutual hatred & revenge!
Maya is not going to leave Arjun in peace till Saanjh is there in their life! She may go after Saanjh's life!
Arjun will defend Saanjh & seek his revenge from Maya attempting to kill her!
Samay might come back & try to save Maya, defending her and possibly sacrifice his life for her, finally for real!
More will die in cross fire!
When this madness stops hardly there will be any survivors, save Saanjh & Arjun!
