Maybe the nurse who helped during Sandhya's delivery when she was pregnant with Kunal who maybe knows the supposed truth that Kunal is Sandhya's son and not Nirmala's.

Yesterday Sandhya said one of the two bahus have to go. Probably Pushpa was promised that her daughter/niece would be made a bahu of the Chauhan house as a payment for her silence on the baby swap?

Wow, I like the way you think. This is why Sandhya wants one bahu to go - either Naina or Meghna. If Naina does not get thrown out, Sandhya is ready to kill Meghna.
