First Kareena Now Alia propagating Rujuta's diet

Rant ahead!

Oh god these two are such big liars about eating everything anf losing weight. We all can see bebo's
desperation and how she talks about wanting to be slim on the othet hand she tells people she ate everything and lost weight. Give me a break.

Alia is perfect deciple for bebo as on KWK she was crying about how the local food while shooting BKD was making her fat and she broke down.

Cut to today, she's again saying how she eats bananas, dahi rice and everything under the sun and stays slim.

I am so irritated, weightloss is no joke that you can misguide people, it takes serious effort to get those pounds off it just won't happen with eating white bread and butter.

I lost weight after a lot of hardwork and dietary restrictions, I don't why these women are misguiding poor girls into believing such a big lie.

Alia looks so bad with her frame and lets not even talk about what horror show kareena looks like.

So Rujuta Diwekar said bye-bye to Kareena since she's out of shape now and moved on to younger, slimmer Alia?

You can lose weight with white bread and butter too if you keep your calories under control. There have been people who have gone on McDonald's diets and lost weight while eating hamburgers.

The actual food doesn't matter at all as long as you're consuming less calories than you burn.

You may miss out on nutrients though if you don't eat healthy food but some people make it up with vitamin tablets, etc.

But keeping the calories under control - That's not under everybody's control


Hunger management and slow metabolism are huge problems for people with Autoimmune disorders (which unfortunately is increasing nowadays in an alarming rate just like autism and nobody knows why)

It's not just lazyness or giving excuses like people think

When celebs are asked about weight loss secret they only say its just doing exercise and by drinking water. I am like yehh -_-

Weight loss can be done without a strict diet.
Just exercise is enough

Rujuta is absolute crap. I have seen one of her youtube videos and a lot of the stuff she says is like hocus pocus.

The only real thing that leads to weight loss is calorie restriction. Even exercise is not needed but of course it helps if it's done and used to burn calories. Unfortunately some people exercise but end up eating more because now they're tired from the exercise and more hungry because of it. So what happens is they burn 200 calories on the treadmill and then end up eating a 400 calorie snack they wouldn't have without the exercise.

The truth is that if you need to lose weight, you need to learn to just be hungry and live with it. You can't feel full and satisfied all the time if you want to lose weight.

I would say don't look to them for weight loss advice or any advice for that matter

Food portion,healthy diet is 80% of your lifestyle if u want to loose weight n if u start some activity then it will add plus counting cals are very important.i actually followed Sonam lemon grass tea n saw the change but yes for wholesome you cannot t look forward to these celebs as they lie alot. Rice are absolutely no no .the day I eat rice I actually gain weight.
Dates n bananas r good before exercise.
I actually designed my own diet plan n exercise routine.
