Something You Should Note

I hope everyone is happy with the show. I am for sure. However, I will just say that go into this show not trusting Gul Khan. It should be common knowledge that for the TRPs, anything goes. Gul is no exception to this.

Gul has the capability of ruining her show if she wants to. She did this with Geet and Qubool Hai. She is currently doing this with Ishqbaaz and Dil Bole Oberoi. I want to hope that this 1 year contract with Barun will let this show end of a better note and that Barun leaving will end this show and it won't continue into some other mess, but that is just being optimistic.

IPKKND is not just loved for a crackling chemistry between two leads. It's loved because the story is genuinely really good in comparison to a lot of daily soaps, especially in Gul's world. IPK1 ended on a sweet note with ArShi being happily ever after. In fact I am thankful Barun left when he did and the fans stopped the show. However that's just my opinion.

In fact, I'd start preparing for a hate marriage track between AdvNi, because I'm almost 90% certain that will happen. He's probably going to force her to marry him or something on that level and they will both be unhappily married. Hell even prepare for character butchering, because Chandni's probably going to get reduced.

My point is, when you are watching this show at 8 pm on Star Plus, don't put too much faith. As beautiful and magical as some of Gul Khan's shows can be, they can get pretty sour. Let me remind that IPK3 will be a dark story. Maybe not in the beginning, but it will be.

I know this is really negative, but I'm trying to be real about this. And everyone has full rights to argue with me on this.

Yes I know how Gul Khan can ruin a show...experienced it many times...
IPK was lucky that it was not ruined...even most hated sheetal and Mrs.India track was lot better current Gul khan show

That's why I am not happy with harneet in IPK3... Bad tracks are fine...but harneet is known for illogical ending with lot of loopholes... I wish we had gautam hedge... He handled all bad tracks well

As much as Gul spoils story, one thing I need to agree is she creates magic...pure magic... Which is better than current running shows of other ph... For me It's so difficult to stay away from Gul khans serial...I promised not to watch her show but ended up watching everytime...

So I am prepared for bad track... Barun is enough for me to survive bad track... Ignoring negativity I am actually looked forward for Guls magic

A good story is spoiled mainly due to this TRP race... And then the writers who just lost his/her flow due to butchering of the storyline to gain more trp, best example being IB and DBO...
Hope this time the show would not be extended beyond a year... And there should not be any alterations done to the expected storyline... Lets keep our fingers crossed and don't have too high expectations also..

And like Deeps said there is some magic elements in Gul's show which make us want to see it.. (for me except QH) But still I would say IB and DBO is much better that those pakaoing for years after years!!!

You said it. Don't hope for too much classy or realistic show ahead. We will have few nice moments in between and if lucky might have a few gripping track. But I really hope show winds up in a year and that it. If they want they can start IPK4 with Barun or who ever they think is good at that time.

The only 100% sure thing I am hoping from this show is some 'Why are you so hot and talented' acting from Barun.
For the rest of things, I am waiting to be impressed. 😃
