The important fact here is not what Annika did or did not do, because that is never what Shivay judges he by anyways ..lol 😆
He judges her by what HE feels she has done or not done. Shivvay tbh does not really know Annika even after all this time, though Annika not only knows who Shivvay is but also how to make him react. That is a shame in a marriage, such as theirs, as far as I am concerned.
She did a lot of things prior to today that have ensured and safeguarded the happiness of not only him but his Family as well. She took risks with her life not once but twice, selflessly, not wanting even praise in return, forget applause. Shivvay accepted all those because it was easy for him to accept those, it was Annika being Annika, the woman he knew, and he did not need to pressure his brain to think too much as to why she did that. They were not 'her' Family then - they were still Shivvay's family, yet she did all those things.
He was falling in love with the girl who was nothing like his mother. A girl who would, like him, risk her LIFE to keep the Family safe and from harm. Not the girl who would ask for a 'Batwara'. He failed to recognize his 'other half' today!!!
The half that was being Shivvay, the half that was doing exactly what he would have done, the half that was flashing in 'Neon Lights' saying this is for you and your Family - my parting gift and my blessings.
I have been disappointed in Shivvay quite often, I must admit though I am a Shivvay fan, but today (though I knew was coming) I am the most disappointed in him.

" Allah Mia Mr. Khan, aap key liye koi jaan bhi dede toh aap kahengey 'teek sey nahi dee appney phir sey dedo '" 🤣🤣

Have not watched it yet but all I can say, in her defense, is
that she had to ensure that she made the break clean and complete for her sake and
his. He was never going to be 'Her Shivvay' when the it really came to it because she was 'Sirf Annika' but he was "Shivvay Singh Oberoi'. She could live with just being Annika but he could not live without being an Oberoi.
Om could have and even Rudy would survive but Shivvay needed to be an Oberoi with every fiber of his being.
And she was putting that important thing in jeopardy for the man who clearly could not even hear a word against his NKK, no matter it was being said by the girl who almost died for him and this same Family twice (NT's scene about Pinky)
She had to go to the length, according to Pinky, where he would loathe and hate her for the rest of his life. If she had left even a single possibility of hope in his heart for
her, he would have gone looking for her and the torture would have
increased because this whole thing would have dragged.
I am not
glorifying Annika - I am just stating the facts.
Annika knows that he needs to move on after she leaves because they are done and over with it at last, but you cannot really say the girl has not tried subtly through her body language, to give this man hints about her state of mind. She has given Shivvay many chances to fix this or at least investigate it but the man had and will choose to ignore it because it concerns his mother - his Family.
If he has chosen already then what is the point of killing the relationship half way and leaving it to struggle and die a slow death?? Better to make it a clean swift break by chopping of the head with one hard blow. I would do that tbh. It makes the pain more bearable. Why leave even a glimmer of hope that could make him think of her in a good way? Better to make him remember the worse and make the hardest impact doing that.
But that is the issue with Shivvay, he is not tuned into Annika and will never be because his emotional bond still lacks that depth. How can a man who supposedly loves her so much, according to you guys, not clue in that there is something drastically wrong with my wife??!!
Heck! My husbands favorite recipe goes a bit haywire when i make it for him and he immediately asks, "everything ok?? Is something bothering you??" and then for the rest of the week I am being observed closely.
As for what she
sounds like she did today, from your post, it sounds like all she did
was acted like Shivvay's own mother and she got thrown out for it. 😆
I
hope he realises that all she did during her last few days with him was
a 'reflection of his own mother'. Did not Pinky also ask for 'Batwara'
but I did not see her being thrown out??
I still support that
what she did, by deciding to leave and making him hate her, was right.
Shivvay was, is and will remain blind to his 'true wife' because he
chooses to not because he sees that.
And why is everyone upset that Daima's video was shown?? If you all claim that he was wronged by what she did then was she not wronged as well for him hiding it from her??
TRUST !!! the man says!!! Does he even know the meaning of that damn word!!!???
It was for this same video that Sahil and she were put through humiliation were they not??? So Om's humiliation cannot be borne (because he is a big boy and a grown man) but little Sahil should bear it for this grown man 😲
Besides, did you guys not want that he finds out the truth about his birth?? So consider that she did him a favour even by doing that - there is not a single thing that he can be blackmailed for ever again in the future. No one can ever use that to manipulate him again.
Nothing she has done is out of character. She has and is even now hurting him because he chose that she hurt him if I am making any sense. It is Shivvay who has fallen short of his 'Ehssas' that he loves to tout like an 'exotic' dish that he rustles up whenever it suits him.
Where the hell is that damn Ehssas now!!!
