CHAPTER 7
Riya is making coffee in the kitchen. Suddenly she hears some footsteps. She turned back to look for the noise but found nothing. She continue's making coffee, hears the footsteps again but she ignores thinking it to be her false illusion.
Suddenly someone puts his hands upon her eyes from the back. She screams of fear. he leaves her. She turned round and to her surprise, she saw the most closest person to her. Having a big smile, she swiftly hugs him screaming of joy calling "Bhai". He hugs her back with smile.
"Bhai aap yaha..i mean what i pleasant surprise. Aap kab aaye, kaise aaye aur mujhe inform kyu nahi kiya" riya asked so many questions in one breath. "aram se aram se..itne saare sawal ek sath. Sab btaunga lekin thora sabar to rakho". She smiles and said "aap bethein na bhaiya mein aap ke liye ap ki special coffee bana ker lati hu". He said "Ok" and went to the hall.
Riya brings a mug of coffee for her bro and served him. "Aur bta...kesi chal rahi hai teri padhai aur kese hain tere saare friends especially tera wo dost kya naam tha us ka..haan ronnie wo kesa hai?" he asked. Riya for a moment gets sad but avoiding the sadness to spread over her face she covers it with a beautiful smile which makes a dimple on her left cheek forming a natural beauty in itself."bhai everything is alright" She replied hiding all the things that happened with her in last few days. Maybe she wanted to hide it from his brother because she knew how caring is her brother for her.
In the next morning when riya woke up taking a fresh breath, as she felt relaxed with the arrival of her dearest brother.
While leaving for the college her bro stops her "Riya..aaj tumhe college mein chod deta hoon" he said. "Nahi bhai..aap kyu itni takleef kar rahe hain i'll manage to go alone" She replied. But on insisting, she agreed to take his favor.
On reaching the college, when she steps out co-incidentally she was hitted by ronnie. saying "sorry" when he turns back to look for the person, he found riya. To his surprise his eyes landed on her brother who was sitting in the car.
"Tum mera har din bekar karne ke liye kyu roz mujh se takraa jate ho ronnie. bas karo..ab band bhi karo apne yeh ghatiya tricks mujhe chot pohnchane ke liye kyun ke ab yeh mujh pe kaam nahi karein ge" while she was insulting him, instead of saying something back his eyes were jammed on her brother. He was quite shocked. The blood around her veins begins to flow with a heavy pressure. He was getting angry.
Today, riya herself was astonished when she got to hear no bitter words from him. else she was continuously uttering bitterness from her tongue. but today, he pays 'Sorry" to her again and left the spot in hurry. Today, his silence shocked her.
watching all this her brother get out of the car and came to her and asked "Riya..yeh kon tha"."yeh ronnie the bhai" she replied. Her brother gets confused and said "kahi ye wohi ronnie to nahi..tera dost". "haan bhai yeh wohi hai" she replied in a low tone. "bada ajeeb banda hai. Yeh wohi hai na jis ki tu badi badi baatein sunaya karti thi. Iss se mil kar to aisa laga jaise iss mein to tameez naam ki koi cheez hi nahi" her brother said. "nahi bhai wo actually..chodo na ab yeh mera dost nahi hai" she replied.
Ronnie goes to the backside of the college, at a place where no one could hear him or watch him. Giving a hard punch to the wall, his eyes filled with tears. The redness of his eyes shows his extreme anger. "vikram.." he whispered. "chodu ka ga nahi tujhe mein..tune hamare ghar ki saari khushiyan cheen li. ab mein ek ek..kar ke teri saari khushiyan tujh se cheenu ga. Tu bas..dekhta ja ke mein aage aage kya karta hoon" he said to himself angrily.
After the end of the day, ronnie goes to the mental asylum to meet the person to whom he pays a visit every evening.
In a room with all the walls made up of bars, there lies a woman. He put his hand on her hands and begins to cry. "mein apne maqsad ke bohat qareeb aa gaya hoon. Pichle saal saalon se jis ka intezar har ghadi, har pal mene kiya hai ek ek pal gin gin kar guzaara hai woh...aa gaya hai. Ab hoga mera badla pura. Ab aaye ga mazaa usse tarpa tarpa ker zinda rakhne ka bilkul waise hi jaise aap har pal tadap tadap ke jiye ho. us aadmi ne aap se aap ki pehchan cheen li thi na. Ab mein us se us ka wajood cheen lun ga. Khatam kar dun ga" in every word of his, there was a pain hidden inside.
He bring out his phone and called someone. "Kaam ho jana chahiye" he said to the person on the other side and hang up the call. He smirks and said to himself "mere agle vaar ka intezaar karna..riya".
At night:
Riya in her room is feeling restless. She is continuously rubbing her hands with one another. Suddenly her eyes caught the mobile kept on the bed. She picks it up and begins to dial the number of arjun. Connecting the call, she was feeling hesitated. After a bell reacher his phone, she hangs up the call. "Riya ye kya kar rahi hai tu...kya soche ga woh tere baare mein ke kitni ajeeb larki hai" she thought in her mind.
Arjun checked out the missed call and wonder who's number it would be. He thought to call back for inquiry. Riya was scared of picking the call. "Relax riya..relax and phone utha wo kha nahi jaye ga tujhe..phone utha" saying this she swiped the ok button and attach the mobile with her ear. "Hello" His voice reaches to her ears but she remains silent. "Hello" he says it again but still he got no response from the other side.
Angrily he was about to hang up the call when he heard a little noise formed in result of inhaling fast breath (by riya).
He felt something special and puts the device again near his ear. Her silence was giving him a feeling of something different. His heartbeat gets faster than usual. He understood that it's none other than riya. "Riya" he said in a warm voice.
She gets shocked hearing her name and cut the call hurriedly. "Mein jaanta hoon riya..yeh tum hi thi" He muttered under his breath. "mera dil kehta hai ke tum hi ne mujhe phone kiya. kyun ke SAM kehta hai ke dil kabhi jhoot nahi kehta and i've felt it" He added & smiles. On the other hand, she begins to wonder how did he recognized her. talking to herself she said "usse to mere number ka bhi nahi pata aur bina jaane aur bina meri awaz sune, us ne mujhe jhat se kaise pehchan liye..aur..aur jab wo call per tha toh...meri saansen kyu atak si gayi thi kyu mein kuch bol nahi paa rahi thi aakhir kyu" .
Next Morning At the college:
The principal announces the vacation holidays for summer. Every student looks happy. While passing through the corridor of the building, all plans to spend the vacation holidays together. Shree suggests to ho shimla while chottu fights for manali to go and visit himalaya's.
Suddenly, Aisha caught a sight on notice board and found a notice of spending the vacation week on Havelock island. "Mil gaya" said aisha excitedly. "Kya mil gaya" asked riya. Pointing her finger towards the notice board she said "Woh dekho..hum wahan jayein ge". "Waha..Havelock island..you mean hum waha chutiya manane jayein ge" said shree. "Haan bilkul.." riya replied. "Arry par..waha island pe akele jana theek nahi hoga" said chottu.
"chottu yeh college ki taraf se special island trip hai woh dekh neeche..aur hum jaa rahe hain." aisha tries to covince them. "Par..bhai...mein unhe chod ker kaise jaa sakti hu abhi 2 din hi to hue hain unhe mumbai aaye. No i can't tum log jao" said riya worriedly. "Ri...tu vikram bhai ki fikar na kar un se permission hum le lein ge" shree assures riya.
Riya's residence:
Riya is worried whether vikram would permit her to go with her friends or not. She was waiting for her friends to come. Finally, her wait comes to end and shreetu along with riya arrives at her home. The bell rangs and she rushes to open the door. Vikram is sitting on the couch in the hall.
Shree asks riya about vikram .Riya him that he's sitting in hall, in sign language. shree winks and trio went inside. vikram saw them and with a smile gets up and said "Arry tum log..aao aao andar aao baitho". "Thanks bhai" trio replied together.
Aisha hits chottu while chottu hits shree to start saying but none of them dares to speak first. Aisha, speaks up saying "Bhai..baat ye hai ke..umm..riya ne aap ko bataya hoga ke hume college se kuch din ke liye relaxation mili hai". "Haan..riya ne btaya tha mujhe" he replied and smiles. "Haan..to mein keh rahi thi ke..umm..hum saare dost soch rahe the ke college ki taraf se jo trip organize hua hai hum bhi us trip mein apne college ko join karein" said aisha.
Vikram: yeh to bohat achi baat hai. tum logon ko jaana chahiye issi bahane tum sab ki outing bhi ho jaaye gi
Trio begins to gaze at each other.Riya brings juice for them and sits with them. lowering her eyebrows she asked them "kya bana" aisha shakes her head.
Shree: Bhai..hum keh rahe the ke agar riya bhi hamare saath... (vikram looks up and he shuts just there).
(Silence for a while)
Vikram smiles and nodded his head saying "riya tum logon ke saath ja sakti hai". All four gets happy and thanks him. Riya hugs her brother.
Later, it's the night time. Shreetu and aisha come to pick riya. She hugs her bro and asks for permission again. He urges her to go and enjoy and not to worry about him.
All four reaches at the spot from where they had to travel to the island along with their other students
While entering in the ship riya glimpses on Arjun. Besides him were standing ronit and sam having fun, laughing and enjoying. Ronit took a sip of his drinks and saw riya passing by, reminding him that he's not loyal with his friends. He gets sad and begins to look at arjun and sam who were happy with his company.
As the island was about 3 hours far from the place of their departure, they all decided to have fun around in the ship. Everyone were enjoying themselves when arjun's eyes landed on Shree. "Shree..matlab baqi sab bhi aye honge" said arjun to his mind. His eyes begins to search for the one whom he was wanted to see, to hear since last night because he also has spent the whole night restlessly. Suddenly, his eyes landed on riya who was gossiping with some girls standing at one corner of the boat. Exhaling a long deep breath he smiled.

PS: i know the reason behind ronit's behavior is not yet revealed but many of you would now have an idea behind his misbehavior after reading the part above. But why and who it happened is to be told soon.
