I'm a mother and if I were in Bani's position (God - in some alternate bizarre universe only) I wouldn't want my child to think that I hated her.
Of course it would be difficult after Bani is gone - but that is part of the grieving process. Is it better for a child to think that her mother hated her or to know that she had a loving mother who is now gone from her. She will eventually accept the loss and move on - but how does one move on thinking that your own mother hated you??
Actually in real life i know a person hu did just this, she wanted her daughter and son to 'hate' her so when she goes she wouldnt feel too attached..
having said that i understand what ur saying.. no child could move on without some sort of mind hurt.
I think Ganga would understand why Bani did this if and when she finds out the 'truth'
