I know this is a competition and everyone wants to win it but there are few things that competitors shouldn't cross in their zest of winning the title. One of my friends received a Whatsapp message of "Win a IPhone SE" for giving a missed call on 18008432202 and she actually did it. She got "Thank you for voting. Your vote is recorded" and she didn't understand what it was. Only after we did a google search on this number we found out that this is the voting number for Mohit - Sanaya on Nach Baliye 8. The first feeling we got was the feeling of being cheated. That these messages so easily conned my friend into giving a vote for a candidate she neither follows or is interested in.

Isn't the whole point of the competition that audience like your performance and then vote for you. This is total cheating and an online fraud. I didn't know that celebrities go this low to get votes and win a competition. So many of others might have gotten the same message and might have voted thinking it is some promotional campaign from IPhone. This is Online fraud. And I believe whoever does this should be disqualified.

Is there anyway this thing can be brought to the notice of the higher ups ? I usually don't post in here in this forum but felt compelled to post it after this experience with my friend. And also I hope the fans of other competitors take a note of things that are happening.

Proof enough for unbiasdness and on how real it is?Just like that twitter account that is another Barun fan who is actually started spreading this news..

Sanaya in her recent Live chat yesterday mentioned that neither they or star has started any such contest and people should not fall for it!

Whoever did this was wrong and people should check before falling for such things!

also sanaya clarified in her live chat that there is no such contest and asked fans not fall in trap so do check the facts before making a post about someone's image

Tell your friend that she is really very stupid n i seriously mean it. Does she lives in like caves with a smart phone? She watches no news reports what so ever? This was just a rumour by a barun fan to demean monaya but it could have been anything for godsake. Your friend is totally ignorant n unaware about ciber crime n ciber scam she could be trapped in giffy just give her a bribe of an ipnone n she would fall for the trap.

Please tell her about all this otherwise she would land up in trouble, my father n mother educated me about it as soon as i got my first smart phone.

Wish her friend actually existed in real life so we could see some screenshots but sadly this is all made up 😭 Honestly tho the extent some people would go to put monaya down, be it a celebrity with her PR making fake articles or fans making a entire thread about an interview monaya did pin picking every word or making up a friend who's this dumb.

Wow! i feel like laughing at your conclusion.
If what you said happened which is of course wrong, how like how does that make Monaya accountable to that.
There is no proof that they started it, heck they clarified it early on itself that this is a sham.
There is no proof that it's their fans work,clearly proven above that it's a haters work.
Despite understanding the vulnerability of some individuals, it's completely the persons fault to respond to such chain msgs. You do realize that every now and then people get calls from other countries and once you answer them your phone data can be hacked. Which is far more detrimental than just the feeling of being cheated. My point, its the indivuals decision in both cases, So how in the world this makes Monaya responsible enough to be disqualified.
You had to condemn what happened -fine. But how is it right to say they should be disqualified when you have absolutely no proof that it's their doing.

And if it's not then how is it right for them to suffer for someone else's doing.
If votings were so clean, star would have made it transparent and taken strict action against it too. Not change the eliminations conveniently sometimes on the basis of score the other days on the basis of votes. And some days making it no elimination conveniently.
I am surprised that you actually believe that reality shows are so sincere with votes.

I dont know if her friend really exists or not but i hope that she is just a figment of her imagination because such gullible girl who can be lured just by a iphn is very dangerous for herself n her family. N if she exists please educate her about ciber scams n ciber crimes before she lands up in some big trouble.

I dont think monaya can be demeaned by anyone like this rumour i mean for a day or 2 people think that it was started by a monya fan or monaya but then the truth would be out like it came out in this case too. That this rumour was started by a barun fan.

And if we are talking about scams there are thousands of thise on internet which actually rob you off your mobey!

And who falls for these ,I never does and there are almost major population of people who don't fall for such stuff,maybe your friend did,but do tell her that in future do not fall for such scams!

And whoever did this did this and I think the reach of this was not very much,because I didn't saw this anywhere near me!

Moreover I would trust sanaya's word more than anyone!
