~PART 2~

Ipshita reaches the Mumbai International Airpost in under 45 minutes. She is waiting impatiently at the the arrivals area for Gauri. Ipshita suddenly spots Gauri, and rushes over to her. They share a hug.

After they break apart, Gauri moves aside to show a man standing behind her. Gauri introduces that man to Ipshita.

Gauri: Ipshita, yeh hai mera dost Shiv. Yeh meri hi university mein padhta hai. Aur mujhe plane pe mila.

As Ipshita and Shiv shake hands, you can see that Ipshita is burning in jealousy. Gauri and Ipshita say their byes to Shiv, and they all go their own ways. Shiv to his own house, and Ipshita and Gauri to the apartment flat which they share.



[lemme explain things a bit... Gauri had gone abroad to America for further studies, and there she met Shiv. They became friends, and then they have to part after completing their course, only to meet in the plane, on the way back to India... Ipshita completed her studies in India itself..as she was the more stupid one, and Gauri the smarter one!!! HEHEHE...LOL]

~PART 3~

While Shiv headed over to his own house, Gauri and Ipshita also headed to the apartment flat they shared. Gauri and Ipshita talked a lot, and caught up on what happened in their lives when they were not so in touch. They then ordered Domino's Pizza and after that Gauri went to sleep as she was really tired due to jet lag.

Gauri was awakened the next day when someone called on her mobile phone.

"Ring....Ring!!"

Gauri: Yeh subah subah mujhe kaun disturb kar raha hai? (into the phone..) Hello!!

Shiv: Namaste sleeping beauty!

Gauri: Oh Shiv tum! Bolo kya baat hai ki tumhe itni subah ko phone karna pada?

Shiv: Subah? Madam, zara apni ghadi ko dekho. Ab dopeher ke barah baj chuke hain.

Gauri looks at the watch and is shocked.

Gauri: What!! Yaani main pandraha (15) ghante ke liye soyi thi??

Shiv: Haan sleeping beauty.

Gauri: Ohk. Ab bolo ki kya baat hai?

Shiv: Suno... Agle hafte toh hum free hai na? Humari naukriyaan toh do hafton tak shuru nahin hoti. Toh kyun na hum kahin bahar ghoomne jaaye?

Gauri: Thats great. Main Ipshita ko bhi kahoon?

Shiv: Nahin. Please nahin! Main apna waqt sirf tumhare saath bitaana chahta hoon.

Gauri: Theek hai.

Shiv: Toh hum kal milen? Main tumhare ghar tumhe pick up karne aaoon? Kal subah dus baje?

Gauri: Ok. I will be waiting.

Shiv: Toh...bye!!

Gauri: Bye Shivvy Darling...!!!

Saying this, Gauri immediately cuts off the phone, as she knows that she will have to hear Shiv screaming down the line because he hates anyone calling him "Shivvy Darling"!!

At that exact time that Gauri puts the phone down, Ipshita comes into the room. She has apparently heard the whole copnversation and she appears to be real jealous.

Ipshita: Shiv tha phone pe?

Gauri: Haan! Woh kal subah mujhe pick up karne aayega. Aur hum saath saath ghoomne chalenge. Woh pure agle hafte ko mere saath bitaana chahta hai.

Ipshita: Aur tumne kya kaha?

Gauri: Main maan gayi of course.

Ipshita: Toh phir main akele kya karoongi? Tumhe toh mere saath hona chahiye na, tum toh meri best friend ho.

Gauri: Haan, main jaanti hoon. Lekin main tumhe kitne saalon se jaanti hoon? Ab toh main Shiv ko aur kareeb se jaanna chahti hoon. Aakhir woh bhi toh mera dost hai na?

Ipshita: Theek hai. You enjoy yourself!

Saying this, Gauri takes her clothes and goes into the bathroom to take a bath, and you can see the Ipshita is not at all happy with Gauri's decision.




~PART 4~

When Gauri came out of the bathroom exactly 20 minutes lates, her phone rang again. She picked it up.

Gauri: Hello Shiv!!

Shiv: Arre, tumhe kaise pata ki main hoon?

Gauri: Tumhare siva mujhe tang ko kaun karega?

Shiv: That's right! Anywayz, tum aaj shaam ko free ho?

Gauri: Haan! Lekin kyun?

Shiv: Candle-light dinner ke liye chalen?

Gauri: (shocked, yet happy) Mr. Shiv Kapoor? Are you asking me out on a date?

Shiv: Aisa hi samajh lo.

Gauri: --- (too shocked to react)

Shiv: Aaj raat...aath baje...i will pick you up...ohk?...Bye!!...Aur haan, wear something red and sexy!!...Ok ab BYE!!!!

Shiv puts down the phone hurriedly as he is nervous. You can see him smiling to himself. He is also blushing hard.

Shiv: (thinking) Ab, main finally Gauri ko propose kar sakta hoon!

~PART 5~

On the other side, Gauri is also smiling to herself. Just then, Ipshita comes into her room.

Ipshita: Gauri, kyun na hum dono aaj raat ko saath mein dinner karen?

Gauri: Sorry Ipshita, lekin Shiv ne already mujhse pooch liya hai. Main usi ke saath aaj dinner karoongi. Some other time?

Ipshita: Theek hai. Bye, ab mujhe office ke liye jaana hai.

After Ipshita goes, Gauri starts jumping all around her room. Then, five minutes later, she falls on her bed, exhausted. She starts dreaming about herself and Shiv, and slowly drifts off to a really dreamy sleep.

When she wakes up, it is already 7 o'clock. She hurriedly goes into the bathroom and comes out wearing this:

At exactly 8, Gauri goes down, and wait below her apartment flat for Shiv. He comes there five minutes later, in a car which looks like this:

When Shiv arrives, he gets out of the drivers side, goes to the other side and opens the door for GAuri to get in. When she does, he walks over to the other side and sits down.

They both ride quite a while in silence. Shiv, because he is too nervous to say anything, and Gauri, well - because she is a girl, and girls are normally too shy too say anything in this matter. Halfway to their destination, Shiv decides to break the ice.




~PART 6~

Shiv: Gauri...

Gauri: Kya hai?

Shiv: Gauri...main...tum...

Gauri: Aage bhi toh bolo.

Shiv: Nahin, chod do. Main baad mein hi bataaoonga.

Gauri: Theek hai.

Shiv and Gauri finally reach the restaurant. Shiv puts his hand up to call the waiter. The waiter comes there.

Waiter: Vaah! Aap dono toh saath mein kitne cute lagte hain.

Shiv: Lekin we are not a couple. (mutters next to himself) Abhi tak toh nahin, lekin bohot jaldi main Gauri ko propose karne wala hoon.

Gauri who kind of heard the last part of what Shiv said, blushes hard.

Gauri: (to herself) Thank god ki Shiv waiter ko order dene mein busy hain. Kyunki agar usne mujhe is waqt dekh liya hota toh main aur hi blush karti.

Shiv: ..... Clear?

Waiter: Jee sir. Main aapka khana bees minute mein lekar aata hoon.

Shiv: Gauri, jab tak yeh waiter humara khana lekar aata hai, kyun na hum dance karen?

Gauri: Ohk.

Shiv: Toh chale?

Gauri: Haan chalo!

Shiv and Gauri first dance on a fast song.

Gauri is blushing hard, while Shiv is trying his best not to bring any cloour to his cheeks.

Suddenly, the lights in the restaurant go off, and Gauri gets scared, so he hugs Shiv tightly.


PART 7

When the lights come back on, Shiv and Gauri part, embarrassed at their position and blushing hard. They go back to their table just as their food is being brought, and finish eating in silence. After finishing, Shiv and goes tofrop Gauri to her house. He stops below her block, and then turns towards her before she can get out of the car.

Shiv: Gauri, tum please abhi mat jaao?

Gauri: Nahin Shiv, ab kafi raat ho chuki hai, aur mujhe bhi neend aa rahi hai.

Shiv: PLease Gauri? Thodi der aur? Mujhe tumse kuch important baat kehni hai. {Shiv makes a really cute puppy face that, leave Gauri, even we cannot forget}

Gauri: Toh kaho na!

Shiv: Yahaan nahin.

Gauri: Phir kahan?

Shiv: Beach chale?

Gauri: Theek hai, chalo!

Shiv and Gauri then head over to the beach, and Shiv parks. He then quickly gets out of his car and goes to Gauri, holding her hand as he leads her out of the car. They then walk hand in hand, silently for some time. Suddenly, Gauri stops and turns to Shiv.

Gauri: Shiv, tumhe mujhe kuch kehna tha na?

Shiv: Haan!

Gauri: Toh ab kaho. Kya kehna tha?

Shiv gets really nervous, and stumbles as he tries to get that one little sentence, made up of only three easy words out of his mouth.

Shiv: Gauri, jab bhi main apni aakhen band hoon, toh tumhein dekhta hoon, aur jab kholta hoon toh tumhein dekhna chahta hoon. Mujhe pata nahin ki kab kahan aur kaise, lekin mujhe tumse pyaar hone laga hai.

Gauri: Kyaa??!! {shocked, yet happy}

Shiv: Haan Gauri, main tumse bohot pyaar karta hoon. Kab se, yeh main jaanta nahin, lekin shayad tab se jab se maine tumhe pehli baar dekha tha. Tumhare bina main jee nahin sakta, aur agar tumhare bina mujhe jeena bhi padhe, aur main apni jaan loonga.....

Gauri immediately stops Shiv from saying anything more.

Gauri: Aisa mat kaho Shiv, aisa mat kaho. Meri jaan bhi toh tum ho, aur agar meri jaan hi mujhse door chali gayi, toh main kya karoongi? Main tumse bohot pyaar karti hoon Shiv, bohot pyaar...

Shiv and Gauri then hug, as both cry their s out {don't ask me why...LOL} as they confess their love for each other.
