The rain sequence will happen before the bouquet thing or after that.Why I m saying this is because she s wearing two different saree.when Neil is showing the paper he s wearing white shirt n in the bouquet scene he s wearing black.

But she was in that pagfera wali saari so i think that rain sequence is going to happen in the night of pagfera rasam

I guess the rain scene will be in previous nite where she run with Ali .. bouquet scene might be in the next morning coz Neel was calling her Avni and also Ananya wen she was chasing him ..so obviously it will be after rain scene

In the rain scene, neil and avni were both wearing something different from the bouquet scene. In the rain scene, Neil was wearing the same white shirt from the pagphere scene, but a black one in the bouquet scene, and avni was wearing the same light blue off shoulder blouse saree from the pagphere scene in the rain scene, but then a long sleeve sheer blouse saree of the same colour in the bouquet scene.

I definitely think that the bouquet scene happens the very next morning, because apparently, according to the olv, bebe finds out about avni not being shweta's choice of bride, so maybe when they come home after that rain scene, there is a big dramatic moment because of bebe maybe blasting avni, and the next morning they think to buy her a bouquet? I don't know really.
