I believe you are giving Jiji alot of credit. Some-one who is capable of Murder, Kidnapping, blackmail, bad language (Oh my god 😉 ) is capable of a little education and immigration fraud. We all know people now a days have fraud certificates. Jiji proabably stalked Kakisa, pretended to be a nurse and Kakisa could not believe his luck and snap her up. 😕
