Naamkarann is different from the other shows on StarPlus in which it tries to not drag out the tracks. We have a long-term track, the return of Aman and the revenge against Dayawanti (and maybe also her naamkarann where the Mehta family will be recognized by Avni's success in life, if they are still going to follow through this storyline). We have the short-term obstacles and we have four young hot leads who's love stories are interwoven. This show has a solid foundation.
What I don't understand is why they are trying to rush the storyline? Atleast yesterday's episode seemed way too rushed. They bounced from one plot to other plot and it the flow of the story just seemed too jumpy and out of flow. This was a huge contrast from last week.
From what I believe, Naamkarann is not limited in its time. I understand that Naamkarann has a lot of tracks to cover, but with the sound fanbase it has already garnered, which will only continue to grow if CVs keeps up with banger episodes like last week, I don't understand its need to rush storylines. This can be a successful show that can last for a long time, without overstretching the tracks with the foundation it has built.
I understand that there are much more logistics and I'm no writer or editor so I can't tell the CVs what's best for them. But I think they are editing things out that would have been legitimised the awkward tension/attraction from Avneil. They are cropping scenes and rushing into Avni wanting to run away. And this wasn't the first time either that an Avneil scene has been cropped. They are also cutting into very short scenes of Dayawanti in Ayesha's house. Which do not do the scenes any justice.
Since the scenes are already filmed, I believe CVs should release outtakes and deleted scenes, if they are still relevant to the progress of the storyline. Or they can just extend scenes so what normally takes 1 episode for them, should delve into 1.5 episodes.
I'm sorry if I seem entitled, I just really want this show to prosper. It has really good potential to stay successful for a long time.
