Neil- a good friend?

Okay I understand Neil loves Saloni. He treats her with respect and does a lot for her. Thats all understood. But is it fair that he is putting her in his house while she is pregnant and has mental conditions? Is it really good for her? He should take her back to the hospital because she needs to be under doctor's care. Also, when a women has this condition, he shouldn't leave her alone in the house. They have showed time and time again her being alone in the house. It's dangerous and not safe for a women who has this medical condition.

Is this love? or selfish love? Selfish love in my opinion. If Neil aka Neerav really loves Saloni, then he should care for her well being not just hang out with her and buy her games and ice cream/chocolates all the time.
