Lol...he made it so obvious with where he was staring 😆 couldn't get the opportunity to tell her 1st time and did the gesture in second time using his own shirt. He gave me vibes of those husbands/boy frends who are always looking out for some peekaboo in their wives and asking them to hide it .

When there is a movie in pipeline ...its always about publicity/promotion and bhai is no different ( as claimed by his fans) he also needs publicity of any kind , otherwise he is not fool to know that on stage gesture can't be hidden from cameras and this was so deliberate 😉😆
