OBEROI MANSION
It was late night. A woman was walking back and forth in her room. The woman looked at the clock; the time showed was 2 am. And tension was clearly visible on her face. She again dialled his number.
Anika-"where are you Shivaay?? but instead of shivaay's voice, she heard a message that the call is unreachable.
Anika sat on the couch and leaned back. She closed her eyes and within no time she fall sleep.
After sometime, there was a sound of scratching of tyres and due to that sound anika woke up. Shivaay came out of the car with his coat in one of his hand and went straight to his room.
When he entered in his room, he found that anika was awake. Anika stood up and went towards him.
Anika-"where were you shivaay??...your call was going unreachable...
Shivaay-"Ani...actually shivaay moved little closer to her
Anika-"may be you got stuck in a meeting and all but can't just call me ones and let me know...ok not call but you could have just text me..that you will be late.. he held her by her shoulder.
Shivaay-"i..am sorry..
Anika-"what sorry...
Shivaay-" and anika, why are you awake till now...you know na, you should not be awake till this hours... It's not healthy for you and for our baby.
Anika-"oh...so you care for us??
Shivaay-"what are you saying ??obviously i do he said with little anger
Anika-"really shivaay!!...since one week you were so busy that you have even forgotten that you have a wife and who is pregnant and she needs you... and shivaay's anger melted and he smiled slightly...
Shivaay-"so...(and he encircled his arm around anika's waist and pulled her closer)...my dearest wife is angry with me??
Anika-"ya.. and she moved away from him.
Shivaay-"anika.. and he moved towards her
Anika-"what anika...shivaay do you realise that you have no fix time of going to office..you used to go early and come back home at these late hours. You don't take your medicines on time. You have no fixed time for your meals...what's all this??
Shivaay-"ani..are you angry because i am not able to give you time or you are angry because i don't take care of myself..
Anika-"both..
Shivaay-"Ani.. he held her palm and made her sit on the bed.
Shivaay-"I am..really sorry Ani.. i know at this time you need me...even i want to be there for you always...but past week was really hectic because of some prior commitments... anika then tightened the grip
Anika-"shivaay i understand..you have work commitments from which you can't back out. I know work is important but not on the stake of your health shivaay...
Shivaay-"i am sorry... and anika smiled and they hugged each other. And after sometime they broke the hug.
Anika-"you go and freshen up..i will bring food for you...
Shivaay-"no...(anika gave him a confuse look)..actually i am not feeling like eating anything...
Anika-"no shivaay..you have to eat something..
Shivaay-"okkk...i will but i will make something for both of us.. and anika smiled
Anika-"ok...you go and freshen up..i am waiting.. and shivaay took his clothes from wardrobe and went inside the washroom.
After sometime, shivaay came out of the washroom and saw anika was sitting on the bed by folding her legs up. He went towards her and sat beside her
Shivaay-"so..what my little baby want to eat.. he said it by looking at her tummy
Anika-"your little baby want to eat pasta..
Shivaay-"really anika at this time...
Anika-"your little baby want to eat..
Shivaay-"ya...come
Then both of them went to the kitchen.
Shivaay was taking out the ingredients needed for making pasta. And anika was sitting on a chair in the kitchen
Anika-"shivaay
Shivaay-"hmmm and he turned to anika
Anika-"actually...baby wants to have hot chocolate.. she pouted
Shivaay-"what about pasta??
Anika-"no...hot chocolate..
Shivaay-"moodswings...he smiled and made hot chocolate and poured it in two cups.
Then both of them went to the poolside and sat there by dipping their legs. They were enjoying the hot chocolate.
Anika-"yum..
Shivaay-"thank you.. and soon they finished their hot chocolate and kept their cups aside.
Shivaay encircled his arm around anika's shoulder and pulled her close to him.
Shivaay-"anika..
Anika-"hmmm..
Shivaay-"i am sorry...for the past week... the time you needed me...i was away.
Anika-"shivaay..(anika looked at him)..its OK.. shivaay pulled her more close to himself and placed a kiss on her hairs.
And they sat their silently. After sometime
Anika-"shivaay...(and both looked at each other..)..i missed you...(Shivaay placed a kiss on her forehead)...shivaay I don't need cheesy I Love Yous'(and she held his free hand his hers) just hold my hand and tell me I am here for you'.. its all that i need..
Shivaay-"i will be always there for you...from now onwards all my time is yours.. and they hugged each other tightly.
