Nandhini POV:

I am shocked...

I didn't expect this...

I am unable to bear the pain i felt in the heart...

Yes.. how can i expect his secretary open his door...

In a while Chandra came near the door...

'Nandhini... surprising you are awake so soon...' he said with a smile...

OMG.. how can he even smile when he is caught red handed...

'Why Chandra??? you didn't expect i will come to know about what was happening all these days???' i asked...

Chandra gave a sharp look into my eyes and his expression told me he understood that something is wrong...

He instructed his secretary to go from there and came near me...

'Nandhini... Come in...' he said...

'I am not coming Chandra... i feel disgusting...' i said...

'Nandhini... i said you to come in... we will talk...' he said...

'I too said no... i am not coming...' i said & tried to turn towards my room...

He hold my hand tightly...

'Chandra.. leave my hand...' i said...

'Nandhini... we will discuss inside the room.. you got it...' he said...

He pulled me inside the room and locked the door...

'Leave my hand Chandra...' i said & pulled my hand out of his grip...

He didn't leave me instead circled his arms around me & kept me inside his hold...

'Nandhini... now tell me what is bothering you...' he asked...

'What is going to bother me??? nothing Chandra.. let me go...' i said...

'let me ask you straight... are you disturbed seeing my secretary inside my room...' he asked...

I closed my eyes & tears which i was holding till now started rolling from my eyes...

'Leave me Chandra... Let me go...' i repeated...

'I wont Nandhini... that too when you lost your trust on me...' he said...

'What you expect me Chandra??? to trust you even after what i have seen???' i asked...

'What you saw Nandhini.. Did you saw me intimate with her or misbehave with her???' he asked...

'You expect me to get hurt seeing all those Chandra... Good that i didn't tried to barge into the room...' i said...

'You might have barge in darling... then you might have not mistaken me like this...' he said...

'What do you mean???' i asked looking into his eyes...

'Yes darling... as she opened the door hearing the knock you have mistaken... if you might have barge in you might have seen me giving dictation for official mail & she is noting it on her paper...' he said...

'What???' i asked...

'Wait.. i will show you...' he said...

He called his secretary & told her to come to room...

I tried to move away while he kept me beside him wrapping his hand around my shoulder...

'Darling... you are my love & i wish you be with me and i dont care what others think or feel.. you got it...' he said...

By now his secretary entered into the room excusing her...

'Where is the notepad which you were using.. i want to check the details i gave you...' he said...

His secreatary forward her hand with the notepad and gave it to Chandra...

Chandra turned the pages and reached the last page written...

There was clear date mentioned in the top.. Then dictation for the official letter...

He was holding the notepad as if he was checking while he showed those to my notice...

'Go ahead sending this letter.. there is nothing to change.. ' he said and gave notepad back to her...

She went out closing the door...

He pulled me to his front and looked into my eyes...

I felt guilty about doubting him... i down my face and got tears...

He hold my chin & lift my face...

'Darling... i am sorry in anyway i failed to gain your trust... ' he said...

'No Chandra.. dont tell like that.. its my foolishness... i am sorry...' i said...

'Darling... This is working time in India & i got call from my customer about new order... we need to send message on order confirmation.. That is why i called her and told her to come to take dictation... As she was sleeping she came in night dress & i am in night dress too as i was sleeping before that as well... I just finished dictation and she was about to go reaching the door when we heard your knocking sound.. thats why she swiftly opened the door...' he explained...

'I am really sorry Chandra... i behave so childish...' i said felling more embarrassed & guilty...

'There is nothing to worry darling... its all jealousy & possessiveness which shows how much you love me... May be i might have behave more bad if it happens for me to see a guy coming out of your room in night dress in such early morning...' he said with a smirk...

'I dont think you will behave in that way & hope you behave matured...' i said...

'In fact yes.. you know your secretary is sending so many official mails to your office in your working hours & if you are sleeping... its me who is giving dictation to him instead of letting him to disturb you... I am sorry.. intention is not to doubt you or to poke my nose into your biz..' he said...

'i know that as my secretary informed you give dictation and i am ok with that as anyway he keeps copy to me and i check it when i receive it anyways...' i said...

'Are you clear now... anything disturbing your mind or heart...' he asked...

'Nothing... i am sorry that i created a scene in the morning... ' i said...

'Not exactly... Lets create a fresh scene now of romance... in this romantic morning...' he said...

He cup my face & moved towards my lips...

I respond to his deep & passionate kiss forgetting the misunderstanding which just tried to disturb our relationship and cherish the understanding which we just acquired...

After a while.. when our lips moved apart...

'Darling... Lets do one thing... just wait for me to come getting fresh up & of course i dont mind if you remain inside the room...' he said with a wink...

'Chandra... i do mind.. i will wait outside...' i said hitting his hand gently...

I went out and was waiting in the hall...

Both of our secretaries came out getting ready & ordered their breakfast...

In a while Chandra came out of his room...

We were waiting for our secretaries to complete their breakfast...

Then Chandra made the announcement...

'Oh dear Secretaries... no doubt you both are efficient & sincere... i have been seeing you both all these days since the trip started and both are almost equal in every aspect...' Chandra said...

Our secretaries thank him for this appreciation...

'I wish to offer you both something which i think you both dont mind...' Chandra said...

They looked at Chandra eagerly to know what it is...

'We wish to swap our secretaries... I mean my secreatary will be working for Nandhini & her secreatary will be working for me... ' he offered...

All the 3 of us were shocked & surprised on his announcement...

'You can tell if anything is not ok...' he concluded...

But both of them agreed for this swapping...

As usual Chandra sent them to meeting place ordering our breakfast...

Then looked at me & pulled me towards him...

'Nandhini... are you ok.. sorry i didn't discuss with you before announcement... and i think its better.. because we can easily call our secretary inside our room as they required from now on without any hesitation...' he said...

'Chandra.. I trust you Chandra... even if you didn't do this...' i said...

''I trust you too... but we can avoid anything which create any differences between us Nandhini...' he said kissing my cheeks...

Nice to see Chandra handling Nandini's insecurities in such a mature manner. I thought for a second that he is going to be angry with her.

Its like we see such anger only in daily soaps & daily life...

I wish to project in my FFs how the person should actually handle it... 😉

Part 33

Nandhini POV:

We are in Singapore now...

Yes.. we went to Australia from Canada... Then we reached Singapore...

I am inside my room on my bed...

But unable to move my hands or legs...

Finding difficulty to even open my eyes...

I can hear the sound of mobile as if hearing from distance though its just beside my pillow...

With much efforts i moved my hand and hold the mobile...

Its call from Chandra... which i can see with my partly opened eyes...

I answered the call...

'Hello...' but voice was not properly coming out...

'Nandhini... are you ok??? why your voice is so dull...' he asked...

'Chandra.. Chandra...' i said without able to utter any further words...

'Nandhini.. are you not well???' he asked...

'Hmmm...' i answered...

'Nandhini i am coming there... just open the door...' he said...

The line got disconnected and i dropped the phone on the bed...

I looked at the door...

The door which was just few feet from the bed yesterday night was looking like miles away now...

I slowly got down from the bed keeping my legs on the floor and standing on my feet...

I lost my grip and fell while i hold the bed...

'Nandhini.. Nandhini.. open the door...' i can hear chandra voice with knocking sound...

I was finding difficulty in moving further...

I slowly almost crawl on the floor and reached the door...

I opened the lock and turn the knob to open the door and felt everything turned black...

Chandra POV:

What happened to Nandhini???

I rushed towards her room and knock the door...

She didn't open for long... My tension was getting increased...

Finally i heard the sound of opening the lock and the knob was turned...

The door got opened while Nandhini almost went unconscious...

I swiftly moved towards her and wrapped my hand around her waist and hold her from falling on the floor...

I scoop her in my arms and took her to the bed...

I dropped her in the bed and checked her temperature...

OMG.. she is having very high fever...

I called the reception...

'Any doctors available.. send to our room immediately.. its emergency...' i said...

In the meantime.. i tried to tap her cheeks and bring her back to conscious...

But she was still unconscious...

'Nandhini... open your eyes nandhini.. i cant see you like this... ' i said with moist eyes...

In a while doctor entered in the room...

Doctor checked Nandhini & told its fever due to climatic changes...

She gave injection and prescribed medicine...

I sent my PA to bring the medicine and i was with Nandhini...

Nandhini was still unconscious and doctor said only after 2 dosage of medicine she will get her conscious...

I was sitting with Nandhini all the time holding her hand...

I prayed to God to get her alright soon...

We went to various places & due to continuous travel & changes she might have got ill...

I informed my PA to postpone the further meeting for 3 days later...

I was waiting for Nandhini to get conscious...

I sat beside her pillow and lean on the headboard...

Nandhini POV:

I slowly opened my eyes and looked aorund...

It took sometime for me to realise where i am...

Then i remembered being in SIngapore and falling unconscious after opening the door...

I looked beside and can see Chandra sitting beside my pillow leaning on the headboard...

I can find him sleeping on sitting posture...

His hand was holding mine tightly...

Now i can understand that i fell down unconscious and Chandra is taking care of me sitting beside me...

Not sure how long he is sleeping...

I am not interested to disturb his sleep...

I slowly got up and sat beside him...

I slightly lean on his shoulder and wrapped my hand around his waist...

I closed my eyes and slept on his shoulder...

Chandra POV

I wake up & saw Nandhini sleeping on my shoulder...

I dont know when she wake up and came to my shoulder...

I was worried whether she is comfortable or she may get body ache if sleeping on uncomfortable...

I tried to adjust her to lay down on the bed while she too wake up...

'Nandhini.. how are you feeling now???' i asked...

'I am ok Chandra...; she replied...

'Well... you need to have food & medicine now...' i said & told my PA to bring bread for her to eat...

I feed her bread while she had it gazing at my face...

'What are you looking amazed???' i asked...

'I am amazed about your love Chandra... ' she replied with a smile...

'There is nothing to get amazed in that darling... I love you and i do love you.. you got it...' i said...

I continued feeding her...

'Enough Chandra...' she said after having 2 slices...

'1 more darling...' i said...

'No please... its enough.. i will have later...' she said...

i kept the plate on the side table & took the tablet and water...

'Have this tablet now...' i said...

'No Chandra... there is no need for tablet... i am ok now...' she said...

'Nandhini... you know how you was in the morning... Due to injection you are feeling like alright now.. but after the effect of injection goes you will feel ill... you need to have this 3 days course of tablet to get alright... now have it...' i explained...

'No please... i am telling you right.. i dont want tablet...' she said...

I look deep into her yes and chuckled...

'Nandhini... dont tell me that you are afraid of taking tablets...' i said...

Her face turned red in embarrassment...

'Are you Nandhini??? are you afraid of tablet...' i asked again...

'Yes Chandra... i never have tablet... ' she said with a pout...

OMG.. dont do that... i may lose my control i thought...

How beautiful she looks when she pout her pinky lips...

'Nandhini... I am with you right.. have this now...' i said...

'No please... dont compel me...' she said...

She closed her face with her palm...

I hold her hand and removed from her face...

I wrapped her hand around my waist...

'You should not take your hands till i tell you...' i ordered...

I took the tablet & water again & forward my hand towards her lips...

'Open your mouth...' i demanded...

She slowly opened her mouth while i put the tablet inside her mouth and gave water slowly...

After drinking the water with the tablet she looked at me making her face funny...

'OMG... its bitter...' she said...

'You want some more water...' i asked...

'No... i may omit if i drink more water...' she said...

'Then just handle for a while.. then you may not feel bitter...' i said...

'No Chandra.. for this only i never take medicine.. its you who made me to take medicine now...' she said

'Nandhini... you feel bitter right...' i asked...

'Yes... i want something sweet now to change the taste...' she said...

'Sweet... then i have option for you...' i said...

'What??? Sugar!!!' she asked...

'No.. more sweeter...' i said...

'What it is...' she asked...

I cup her face & moved towards her lips to hold with mine...

My finger played with her hair...

While her hands which was wrapped around me moved upward to play with my hair...

OMG... She is so sweet though the medicine was bitter...

After long.. when we moved apart... She hide her on my shoulder...

'You got your sweet or not...' i tease her...

'Chandra...' she said shyly..

'Will you have your further medicines or not???' i asked...

'All the 3 times without a miss...' she said with a blush...

I hug her tightly with a soft laugh...

Part 35

Nandhini POV

We are in Colombo now...

Yes after going to Malaysia, Hongkong finally we are in Colombo...

After this its time for us to go back to India...

He told me to get ready for shopping...

I was getting ready standing in front of mirror...

My expression changed from a smile to anger...

I went out and looked at Chandra who was waiting for me in the hall...

'Shall we go...' i said but without a usual smile which we share...

I can see him noticed that and he got up...

We went to the car and he started driving...

But i didn't talk to him all the way...

I was just looking outside the window without even a smile on my face...

'Nandhini.. are you ok???' he asked...

'Why??? what happened to me???' i asked in little harsh tone...

'You seems to be angry...' he said...

'Oh.. i cant help it if you feel so...' i said with same harsh tone...

'What happened Darling??? are you upset with me for any reason???' he asked...

'Nothing as such for me.. do you wish for something...' i asked...

'Nandhini... i know you are not normal...' he said...

'You mean i am abnormal??? i am mad???' i yelled...

'I didn't mean that...' he said and stopped without arguing further...

We reached the shopping complex and got down...

He started selecting dress for me as usual...

'You like this darling...' he asked...

'Are you bothered about what i like... its always as per your wish...' i said...

'Nandhini... you select whatever you wish for.. i am not compelling you to wear which i select...' he said...

He kept the dress selected by him back and wait for me to select...

I looked at the dress and selected a very dull dress with weird colour...

'I will buy this...' i said...

He looked at me surprised...

'Nandhini.. you mean you love this dress...' he asked...

'Of course i do.. you have any problem...' i asked...

'Of course not.. if you like it...' he said and moved from there...

We started from shopping complex and went to the restaurant...

Its usual for him to select the menu...

'Today i will order...' i said...

'As you wish darling..' he said...

I ordered the food for us which i know is not special for that place...

'Nandhini are you sure to have what you ordered.. its not even your favourite dishes...' he said...

'So what.. is there anything wrong if i order something different than what we have regular.. why cant we try...' i said...

'Your wish... i dont mind...' he said...

In a while... the food was served as per i ordered...

We started having it...

It was clear that he was not liking the dishes...

Almost more than half of the food was left on the plate when dinner was finished...

We return to our room...

'Good night...' i said and tried to get into my room and close the door while he hold the door from closing it...

He entered into the room and closed the door...

'What happened Nandhini???' he asked...

'Nothing...' i said...

'You are not behaving normal... dont yell that you are not mad.. i didn't mean that... but you are not like usual you were... ' he asked...

'Why you feel so...' i asked...

'Your behaviour towards me without even a smile & harsh tone on talk... then selecting some weird dress.. ordering some weird dishes...' he listed...

I looked into his eyes deeply and i can see the puzzles on his eyes...

I forward my hand and clasp around his neck and pulled him closer...

'How did it felt...' i asked with a smile...

'Nandhini.. what do you mean by that.. does this mean you did all these voluntarily' i asked...

'Yes i did... ' i said with a laugh...

'But why???' he asked..

'Then what.. why to be always cosy cosy... I felt bored.. infact our trip is coming to an end.. so thought of trying something different...' i said with a wink...

'Nandhini... you dont know how i was tensed whether you are angry...' he said now taking breathe of relief...

'And i loved all your expressions.. ' i said...

'You turned so naughty Nandhini...' he said...

'Not more than you Chandra...' i said...

'For teasing me you purchased weird dress & ordered weird dishes... so funny...' he said...

'Who said i purchased weird dress.. look at this...' i said...

I opened the bag and showed him the dress which is none other than what was selected by him in the shop...

Yes i told shop keeper to pack the one which was selected by him...

Not only that.. see here...' i said...

I packed our favourite dish too from restaurant...

'I know you didn't eat properly.. come lets have food...' i said...

We started having dinner feeding each other...
