No yar..they r not cousins. .or second third or half .. related in any blood relatin way..
even if mahi shivay r kamini's kids ( which i hope and almost believe is false) rv would be his cousin but he is not related to his father side of family ..
.pinku is shivay 's cousin from his father 's side and rv could be from his mom's .so i don't think this is illegal anyway..
and i think i have seen a show where a similar situation . .was there where the leads infact were cousins of the second lead girl ... girl from maternal and and boy peternal sid of the second lead. .but don't think that was any problem when they got married or anything... .
