Missing Scene from the Flash back

Noticed one scene missing from d flashback .. there was a segment which was aired by SBAS :

Jahnvi finding that Maya gave psychosis inducing drugs..Considering that segment it almost clears the logic fail : Why Would Jahnvi call Maya and tell her that she knows the killer and everything will end once for all from where it started ??

The Most Logical Way would be Jahnvi calls Maya thinking that Arjun killed Ashwin as he trapped her in writing a letter .She concludes as Arjun being the killer and calls Maya. When she gets ready she finds something which puts all the peices of the puzzle together and the whole game was set up by Maya herself .

Mostly that segment will be aired once Jahnvi speaks ..that too within 2 weeks bomb blast

Doubts :

Ashwin was killed by a leftie -Saanjh the lawyers statement after seeing the postmorterm report !! Yet Maya killed him with Right Hand

Report says No signs of bleeding in his body -Maya breaks a vase on his head
