Coming to rikara, I'm having a really difficult time connecting with om. I just don't get him. Old om would have given gauri a chance to explain her side of the story just like he used to tell shivaay to do when shivaay used to outright blame anika for all his problems in the beginning of the show. I know a lot will say that old om is gone n all but he's like a completely different character. SSO ka aatma om ki body chala gaya aur om ki aatma idk where it went. They might as well give him a different name cause he's not om. I don't blame him for not accepting gauri as his wife cause they did have a messy wedding, and he has the right to have an out if he wants. However, the way he treats her as if she's the biggest criminal in the world is so stupid, after all the things she has done for him and after all the things he has seen kali do to her. I just want to hit him on the head with something seriously. I can't with all the constipated looks towards gauri anymore (yes not only pinky but om's looks are pretty constipated looking atm too). I'm totally team gauri right now but she needs to grow a backbone in front of om and tell him off. He's just too much! OK done with om rant.

I still like the way these two are handling things.. especially during the engagement.. where om is all broody and gauri is filled with that momentary hope which adds a skip to her step!! Honestly kunal and shrenu are also doing a wonderful job!! Even though om seems so out of place but still i like RiKara!!

Rudra's story with new female lead, i'm really not looking forward to. I saw the clips of the two of them in some of the segments from today and man i don't like it. My first complaint, she looks way older than him. She has a very mature face. Rudy's supposed to be like 22 in the show and i'm sure his heroine is supposed to be of similar age too but she does not from any angle look 22ish. Honestly, i hope she's not chutki and they scrap her character and bring soumya back.

I honestly thought its just me.. who find her a bit older than rudy... when i saw the segment i was so disappointed.. i still dont get it what is the beed for a troubled new lead when u alredy had a perfect one.. saumya shared such great rapport with everybody in the house.. she had genuine love for om and shivaay as brothers.. annika priyanka as her sisters.. saahil too... and ofvrse one cant forget the crackling chemistry with rudra!! I dont like her... but ofcrse no offence to the person portraying it!!!

I loved all the Obros and AniRi scene. I enjoyed AniRi bonding. Some may think it was OTT but i thought it was perfect. Hope more of that is coming up.

So overall, we should expect no romance from any couples (maybe rudy but that's not something i'm gonna enjoy so doesn't count), a lot of dragging drama regarding pinky-tara🤢, buamaa, and mystery murder. So i'm back to zero expectations, Hope you all are too so we don't get disappointed.

Expectations should always be 0 when watching gul mata ka show!!

Btw what other rasms are left? I'm not punjabi so i don't know much. Is there still a reception after all this?
