TRP stands for Television Rating Points.

It give an estimate of people, who watch a particular serial.

The more high trp, the more hit the serial is and vice versa.

In india, there are two different organisations who measure the trps. One in aMAP, which mostly give wrong trps and therefore industry dont believe this org.,and the other is INTAM.
