Exactly Ani, more than anything Rishi loves Tanuja so according to me Tanuja should have atleast confessed her love to Rishi or atleast give some hints. Rishi was clueless about her and so misjudged her. So both are at fault. Rishi is more upset and broken than being angry.

As women tanuja seriously need to consider her self respect but I always get disappointed
