Confused about the track. Please Help

That's why I am a bit confused regarding the fake Swetlana. What's her purpose? Has the real Swetlana turned out to be a positive character now.

RS = Real Svetlana

G= Gauri

Ok.. So fake svetlana was real svetlana's best friend and she (FS) injected RS with something and made her unconscious as she told this Dr. (Dr.Dang) to give RS's face to her and she got a surgery done but somehow it turned into a mask and now she is just a girl with the mask of RS... We dont know if RS is a positive character or not but I really dont think she will be...

FS's purpose is probably that she wants revenge from the Oberoi's as she is a Kapoor sister...

So, O & G know that FS is fake and RS is in a freezer and they go out to find her and end up finding her...
