Everyone got stunned seeing ishita laying lifelessly after her head banged on the rock. Mr iyer was about to go to her but stopped seeing the height at which they were . He shouted -ishu, ishu, someone save my daughter.
Amma too cried for ishita but no-one has the courage to go down to rescue her. While Raman went down without thinking for a minute, his parent keep on calling him but he was nowhere to listen. Raman was going down slowly as the way was too dangerous. Everytime raman slips, his parent screamed in horror. It took ten minutes to reach to ishita. Raman ran to her and took her head in his lap.
He shaked her and asked crying-ishita, ishita r u OK. He was asking but didn't don't any response. He picked her in his arms, and start to walk but wasn't able to walk, so he put her in shoulder and start walking towards the hill.mr iyer was just looking at Raman saving ishita while Mr bhalla took out a rope from car and throw it on raman. Raman hold it, Mr bhalla tied the rope to the car and start driving it slowly pulling ishra up. Till the time they came up, raman's shirt got drenched in Ishita's blood.
Mr and Mrs iyer ran to see ishita but didn't let anyone touch her. He just showed his palm and went to the car he came there. He placed ishita's in the passenger seat and start driving towards the hospital.
Iyers and bhallas too get settled in the car and they start following Raman's car. Raman was driving too fast not caring about any danger, all he could think of ishita, whose was badly injured, blood was oozing out of her head and stomach.
He reached hospital within an hour and ran inside taking ishita.
Raman -doctor, doctor. Where r everybody, save my ishita, please save my ishita. He was crying and shouting.
Many doctors came out hearing his voice and saw ishita drenched in blood.
Raman -please save her, Iska bahut khoon nikal gaya hai, please save her. He said pleading when doctor said-isse toh goli lagi hai. Yeh police case hai, go and call the cops, only then we can touch her. Before that no-one will touch her.
Raman -please don't say this, late ho jayega toh meri ishita ko kuch ho jayega. Please save her, main saari formalities puri kar dunga, just save her. He said folding his hands. But no-one was listening to him, at last he hold the neck of one of the doctor and said-karo iska illaaj. Agar meri ishita ko kuch hua naa, toh main kisi ko nahi chodunga. Tumhe aur tumhare iss hospital ko aag lagaa dunga. He said with blood shot eyes.
Everyone got scared seeing the demon in him. They told the compounder to take ishita to the operation theatre.
Raman was waiting outside the OT when iyers and bhallas came to the hospital. Raman threatened everyone that if anything happened to ishita, he will not leave anyone. Everyone got scared seeing him. He was actually dying along with ishita. He was sitting on the floor in a corner sobbing silently. Toshiji and Mr bhalla cried seeing his condition. They went to console him but he shrugged them and said-agar meri ishita ko kuch hua naa, toh samajh lena aapka beta bhi khatam. He said and cried hiding his face in his palm.
(Here I am ending the flashback, now story will be in present, where raman is sitting beside ishita while ishita to yet to gain unconsciousness).
Iyers and bhallas opened the door only to see Raman sleeping sitting on the chair holding ishita's hand firmly murmuring something in his sleep while tears were flowing from his eyes.
All cried seeing Ishra's condition.
Amma-dekh liya vishwa, zid karne ka nateeja. We have almost lost our daughter. I don't know anything, now I want her to get her happiness, her raman back to her asap. Jaise hi ishu thik hogi hum uski aur raman ko shaadi karwa denge. She said crying to which Mr iyer only nodded.
Toshiji-haan bhalla ji hum inki shaadi karwa denge, hamare bachchon se badh kar kuch nahi hai. She said crying to which Mr bhalla also nodded.
Mr iyer went to Mr bhalla and said-i am really sorry for my doings, apne paison ke gamand mein itna andha ho gaya tha ki samajh hi nahi pata inka pyaar. I am really sorry. He said crying while Mr bhalla too said sorry to him.
Toshiji went to Raman and said-puttar, chal kar fresh up ho jaa, khana kha le puttar. Tune teen dino se kuch nahi khaya.
Raman nodded in no and said-i am not going anywhere leaving my ishita. Jab usse hosh aayega toh ho main kuch khaunga.
Mr bhalla went to him and said-puttar, u have became very weak. U have to be strong to take care of ur ishita and for that u have to take care of urself first. From tomorrow u r wearing this blood stained shirt, go and change it. We all r here, tumhari ishita ko kuch nahi hoga. He said but Raman was not listening, after much insistence he got ready to go home. Toshiji went home with raman to help him while Mr bhalla stayed back with iyers in hospital.
After two hours, raman entered the room and got happy seeing ishita sitting infront of his eyes while amma was feeding her soup slowly. Raman smiled seeing ishita alright talking to her mother. He went to her and took her in a bone crushing hug showering numerous kisses on her face.
Raman -i can't tell u how happy I am to see u alright, achcha hua tum thik ho gayi ishita. Shit I just went for two hours aur tumhe hosh aa gaya, u know I was waiting for u since last night. I missed seeing u getting fine. Let it be the good news is now my ishita is all fine and now I will not let anyone harm u, not even u. Samjhi tum. He said cupping her face lovingly.
But to his surprise ishita shrugged his hand and said-what r u doing raman, aukaat bhool gaye ho kya apni, u r a bloody servant and how dare u touch me. She said in anger.
Raman got stunned hearing those words from her. He wasn't getting what went wrong with her. He looked at amma all confused when ishita said-oh I think u r still stuck at that love confession. I think u have forgotten, I did that drama just to make u confess. It was a bloody bet raman, I don't love u.
Raman looked again to amma and she said with moist eyes-due to injury in same side of brain twice, she has lost memory of last three months. Her last memory is of the night when u proposed her and she met that accident where u have saved her. She said in a go making raman stunned to wits.
