What about Arjun?.. He also might have got the proof...

She perhaps merely wanted to inform Arjun without any expectations from him! She has discounted already Arjun to be of any help to save his own step-brother! She is counting support only from Samay & Papa! Sadly, she would not have expected even in her wild dreams to receive such a 'deadly support' from Samay!

yes, in 16th may epi she mentioned Arjun's name too but yesterday she mentioned Samay and her Papa only😕

Yeah during Tuesday's episode she did mention that she is sending the e mail to her Papa, Samay and Arjun.

But during Wednesday's episode she never mentioned Arjun.

I know its kinda confusing but let's assume she sent the emails to papa and Samay only and wanted to inform Arjun about Maya's deed. She said something similar like this in yesterday's episode to Maya "Ab Arjun ko bhi pata chalega".
