Madhuri Dixit's ex-manager writes a post narrating his experience working with the dancing superstar.
Madhuri Dixit is celebrating her 50th birthday today. On this special day, her ex-manager wrote a post revealing that rumours of her love affair with Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff and Mithun Chakraborty were all false.
Rumours of Madhuri's link-up with
Sanjay, Jackie and Mithun were strong while the diva was at the peak of her career. However, squashing all those allegations, her ex-manager Rikku Rakesh Nath, who worked with the actor for 28 long years, has said that her scandals involving Jackie Shroff, Mithun Chakraborty and Sanjay Dutt were actually created by her producers.
He wrote an article in Rediff.com penning down his experience working with Dixit. "It was business strategy," he wrote.
He also added that Madhuri Dixit was mostly linked with Sanjay Dutt because at one point, she was doing multiple films back to back with Sanjay and most of them had become hits.
Madhuri Dixit starred with Sanjay Dutt in nine films between 1987 and 1993. The films included Zameen (1987), Khatron Ke Khiladi (1988), Kanoon Apna Apna (1989), Ilaaka (1989), Thanedaar (1990), Saajan (1991), Khalnayak (1993), Sahibaan (1993) and Jai Devaa (1993).
Recently, when Madhuri was asked about rumours of her making calls to makers of Sanjay Dutt biopic to remove her mention from the film, she said, "For where I am today, this [the topic of Dutt] has become redundant. Life has come a long way since then. I don't know where these reports are coming from. In any case, it doesn't make a difference to me."
On the work front, Madhuri was last seen in Dedh Ishqiya and Gulaab Gang back in 2014. Quiz her when she will make a comeback on the big screen and the pretty actress smiles and says "soon".
