Like we are feeling disgusted by the rumour/news of real life romantic involvement of reel life father-daughter duo Aamir Khan and Fatima Sana Seikh.

But Nargis also played mother of Sunil Dutt in Mother India. Later they got married. But they did not have big age gap. Sunil Dutt was just 1 year older than Nargis.

There are other examples in Hollywood where one spouse is much older than the other..like George Clooney & Amal Clooney, Aaron Taylor-Jhonson & Sam Taylor-Jhonson, James McAvoy & Anne-Marie Duff, Hugh Jackman & Deborra-Lee Furness.

If we judge real life relations by reel life relation then two reel-life-enemies are expected to be enemies in real life or reel-life-friends are to be real life friends too. But not always that's the case.

It's just the thing that what's the actual reason of the disgust?

Is it reel life relation?

Is it the huge age gap?

Is it Aamir's effort of becoming Rich-Man's-KSG?

So, let me repeat my question, Should REEL life relation effect REAL life relation b/w two actors?

No it should not. Sunil Dutt played Nargis son in the iconic Mother India and then they married. Blessed couple.

No. Whether it should or should not, is irrelevant, because in reality, it does not affect the real-life relation.

Personally, I am not digusted, but feel bad for the girl, because firstly, I doubt Aamir-her are having an affair, and we do know how badly the society talks about such cases. I think they have a good friendship because they worked on a movie together, it's normal to be friends with older people, don't we have friendly relationship with men/women who are older, like family friend uncles or professors?? .. Anyway it's one possibility, so besides Aamir, she was also linked romantically to her co-star who played her sister.

It's like the private side of her life is always getting unwanted spotlight, whether the rumors are true or false. Any girl would feel bad being in her shoes wouldn't she?

Aside from that, what is there to be disgusted, it's their private life. What we think is disgusting for ourselves(like a sexual relationship), is probably a necessity for someone else, how can we decide that what we think is right, is right for everyone else..

Reel life is not real life.

If someone plays mother-son, father-daughter, brother-sister on screen it is because they are good at their job. Why should being good at their jobs prevent them from forming a romantic relationship off screen just because they are good at their job in portraying non romantic and familial relationships.

Life is lived off screen, not on. And the connection formed off screen is worth a life time possible vs the fleeting time spent on screen.

If the movie was good then effect will stay for some time. But as someone mentioned Sunil Dutt did marry his reel mother.

The issue here is much married Aamir is planning to become Bollywood version of male Elizabeth Taylor. His taste in female seems to be getting younger and younger.

As for his relation with Ms Fatima, no comment as I have no real knowledge. 😛 😆

People are sickened by their age difference, and also because they looked like father daughter in their movie too

Nargis and Sunil Dutt were almost the same age

Besides Aamir is married man, if hes having affair with a girl who is young enough to be his daughter why is it acceptable? 😕

If it was any other actor, he would have been bashed much worse than Aamir in this case

Dont know if the rumors are true but the way Aamir is promoting her career, seems like daal mein definitely kuchh kala hai

Poor Kiran, this is why you shd never trust a man who already betrayed his first wife and left her and his kids to marry a younger woman, if he did it once, he will do it again

also his affair with the British woman who had his child, if thats true, that makes Aamir the most tharkiest actor of his generation
