As far as I know Star sends the invitations so Neha was there means SP invited her being an Ib family member so I am hopeful that she will be in IB/DBO.
I am believing that the new girl will add the drama in both shows and she'll even make Rudra realise that he liked and misses Sumo. I know it wouldn't happen very soon though.
