Late here - Lovely post, the TM has covered of what I was feeling and much more.

Monaya impressed helluva with their this act. A dance performance on the theme of 26/11 attack is unheard of hitherto for me. It was also a brilliant move to keep it an instrumental one with perfect get up too. When I first heard of this concept, I did wonder how a lot of steps can be incorporated into this kind of an act (that has been an issue earlier) - lack of or too many dance movements either way faults can be pointed out.

I felt, this performance had just the right amount of fluid movements to go with this theme. Compliments to the Choreographer. Lamp Post falling slowly was a nice touch.

Finally watched Monaya's performance. What can I say? It was beautiful and heartbreaking. The way they embodied each and every emotion...the fear, the trauma, the helplessness...it just made me speechless.

Hats off to their choreographer for conceptualizing it and to Monaya for executing it so beautifully.This was by far one of the best acts I've ever seen.

All those who are talking about the lack of dance...I don't watch a lot of dance shows but some acts are purely dance and others convey a story or emotions. I think that much is established.

Monaya had to convey a very distressing reality and incorporate it with dance and they did full justice to it.

I really loved their performance. It was their personal best and one of the season's best till now.That whole cupboard thing and the call was the highlight.
It was a perfect balance of dance and emotion that is needed in a. Emotional act.There wasn't scope of anymore dance moves than already. And damn those moves were good.Sanaya did fab job at that though I am bit skeptical about Mohit.Honestly his expressions stuck out like sore thumb.
Otherwise this was a brilliant act.

Emotional and concept wise ti was really good but dance wise it was not that good. Dance was really less n this is dance show more of dance should be there.

My mom & dad & grandma stood up with tears in eyes and started clapping for Monaya.
They were saying never has anyone done such act, it is so deeply impacting and heart touching.
